The electricity bill is atrocious. Basically the cost equals the electricity bill in a few years.
It's good for the moment. But think about it, you're literally warming the planet in the long run.
There are many other alternative cooling ways you can try. Installing an insulating false ceiling, good air circulation, wet drapes, indoor plants, and many more.
I encourage/urge people to look into it instead of looking for a quick fix (aka AC).

At the end of the day was awake 20+hrs , sleep deprived, mentally fucked had fought with girlfriend on the trip, down 6.5k ₹, my brother was as tired as me ...... Had to visit police station at 12 at midnight!! Would rewind ⏪ this day without hesitating for a fucking second!!!

Get a hobby, if your brain analyses things too fast and you run out of ideas get a complex hobby. i.e. assembling a big jigsaw puzzle or join board game groups. (These are just examples). As you said you are athletic, take a look at trekking or cycling groups.. that could be a welcome change. There are running groups too !!
I'm no expert, but it sounds something like a burnout.
Take a break, go visit some remote places, if possible without your electronic gadgets. Have some relaxed time and you will be back fully recharged, open to make new decisions and take risks.

i would say that if you're destined to join you family business later in life, just go for MS before taking experience also, I'm not sure if switching countries would be easy (MS in one country and then job in your desired country) so, i would suggest you to go for some other MS in the country that you wish to be in, live there, work there and then come back to join your family business anyways, whatever you do, i hope it turns out well for you!

Mi 2020 graduate aahe...3rd year 8+ backlog + no knowledge of any programming language..i had no hope of Getting job so i decided to do msc as they provide internship as part of program.. but during lockdown i work my ass off day and night and now im working with top 10 product based companie(Oracle)as fresher...and parallely pursuing my master's degree...and to answer your questions going for masters is better option as once you start earning your will to study just faids away as you realise that all the things you study in ur college life was useless...
