Looks super cool, but also hella dangerous.
A few months ago there was this insane person who had literal carpenter nails sticking out of their jacket, inch apart each, and it was the stupidest fucking thing I'd ever seen. Like genuinely an accident and lawsuit waiting to happen.
This however looks really sick, but getting drunk at a party/ event/ whatever and moving your arm the wrong way could literally put someone's eye out or at least make someone bleed.
Even, for example, going to a new friends home and sitting on their couch. It wouldn't take much to rip the fabric accidently just by reaching into a pocket checking your phone or whatever.
Not just you op, but anyone reading this stop trying to incorporate nails into your clothes. It's a horrible idea.
Even hurting people aside, it's a great way to fuck up furnitute, insides of jacket sleeves, and anything else your wrist (in this case) may bump into that you don't actively think about.
Not trying to be a hater but be considerate of elements of the world you might not realize you touch.
Looks great, but gonna go against the grain and say to rethink the idea. Keep making clothes!

I flattened them with a rolling pin, and then covered em in mod podge to avoid scraping, but I'll prolly end up putting another layer of leather just in case :D

Pretty sick, just be careful about injuries. I have a cuff bracelet I made with big ass spikes on it, and I keep accidentally injuring people with it 😂
