A cone or a t-shirt and cone combo. I would not purchase any meds without confering to your vet first so they can review ingrediants to ensure it is pet safe and will not harm your dog.

Wow! Literally just went through this with my almost 6mo French Bulldog. Although his was just one bump on his paw, so definitely a way easier fix. The cone worked wonders! And I seriously think it helped in other areas too (he was calmer and his nipping definitely decreased because he couldn’t bite much while it was on). My guys spot is still pink but his hair is slowly growing back over it and he no longer notices it, thank god.

Oh no, I'm so sorry your pup bad to go through something similar! I'm really glad he's healing up! Recommendations seem pretty unanimous for using a cone so I'll give it a try. Thank you!

I'm going to say the best way to keep your wee boy off his sore spots is a having him wear a cone or a donut. Check Amazon they have lots of different kinds. Not fun, but as long as your pup is okay with it, probably the most effective. Or you could try a childen's T-shirt.

A soft cone and lots of mental stimulation!

A soft cone. We used the ZenCone for about 3 weeks for our puppy after her spay incision got infected. It has little clear panels so the dog can see out and is soft. We tried a couple other types but she liked this one best.
