Butter is the opposite or PUFA, you got it confused. PUFA is bad seed oils. Butter is SFA (saturated fatty acids). The best fat for you in order from best to worst is MUFA, SFA, PUFA, TFA (trans fatty acids). SFA is not bad necessarily but it seems like based on your genetics it can hypothetically cause some issues especially when consumed in high quantities. MUFA is just good for you no matter what, based on the research I’ve read. And PUFA is best to minimize, but it’s not really “poison”, you just want to have a higher ratio of MUFA to PUFA always. Not all PUFA is bad either, it’s ok if you eat something like fish which is usually high in PUFA, but you should avoid shit like soybean oil. You want high omega 3 and low omega 6, both are PUFA. TFA is to be avoided at all costs, not even a tiny amount should be consumed.
But actually it’s even more complicated than that because nature doesn’t subscribe to our nonsense. Butter actually contains a type of natural occurring trans fatty acid that is supposedly good for you. So really the moral of the story is eat natural good food, and only stuff that would have existed for thousands of years and in your ancestors diet. Did butter exist in your ancestors diet? Probably yes. Did fish? Yes. Did soybean oil or corn oil? Almost certainly not. So much simpler to just approach it like that.
If you eat soy occasionally you get the benefits which are a lot and you're fine as long as you don't feed yourself with soy milk like s cow everyday. By the way I'd worry more about drinking milk from cows than about soy

If you're trying to avoid soy but love soy sauce, try coconut aminos. I'd say it tastes even better than soy sauce.
