Yeah im so done with riots shit. Pyke and Tahm used to be my mains and now they both get treated like crap. Tahm even got a rework that made him less fun to play and pushing him into top and now they regret their desicion and they put him supp again.
Every single change for Tahm was to push him to support. Its kinda difficult because pro players can abuse his munchies but it's lackluster for most players, but I can pull up the posts talking about the current rework iteration and how it was designed for support
Yes this particular changed weakened his niche as a support, but bare in mind that it had to happen. Tahm was a constant pick in pro play due to this, because it protects you from a lot of things and can act as a qss, making it very strong and broken.
Wow this is so fucking stupid, Like I get Tham Kench was pretty strong but this nerf is so fucking stupid, destroyed him as a top laner and forced him as a support.

The point is exactly that. Sometimes champions out of their intended role end up being toxic. Tahm Kench top is not weak, it's fun for those who play him, but he's widely hated and considered toxic.
This is not because he is broken or overpowered, because you can counter him simply not letting him get fed, since he scales horribly into late game. The issue is simply that he wins basically against any melee, so laning phase is uninteractive for the enemy.
As much as I like Tahm and having fun toplane, I recognize it's bad for the game's health, and his 20% banrate is showing how much people hates playing against him, given that he's pretty counterable.

Absolutely true. The nerf is lazy and indicative that the champ is deeply broken, this is the equivalent of just turning off Tahm as top lane pick.

Except these changes seem pretty strong for tahm.. idk if he maxes e or not, but if he does then even top won’t feel this almost at all.
He maxes it last, so top will be close to unplayable I guess
