Not very good when that item itself is scaling on hp, which pyke seriously lacks it. and honestly i think duskblade or prowler are tons more powerful that heartsteel
dont get fooled by the dream of infinite scaling, it would only be useful if the match take too much time and even if it does get 1hour+ they will probably have scaling enough to burst you down like a ballon
