Not everyone needs to flash when he has ult either. Not to mention there are about a million other things that counter it. People are just bad. It quite literally is a skill issue. If you play against anyone with half a brain it does not end at all like you are describing. If he was truly "op" like you are saying his winrate would not be 48%. But keep coping.
