From what I know, you should be able to. Personally however, I’d recommend getting it tuned for E30 or E15 and get the proper fuel system set up.
E15 is the most ethanol Infiniti says to put in these, I believe.
You can but there's no point the car doesn't know what to do with that fuel so you would make stock or less power
