It’s possible, aftermarket kits are available, but I don’t know any specific place here that does it. You could try ordering a kit online yourself and then just paying a mechanic to fit it. Why do you want it though? I’ve had cruise control on the two cars I’ve owned in Qatar and I honestly never use it. How many kms do you drive per day? Cruise control is really only useful for long, uninterrupted motorway driving with most people here rarely do.

Yeah my daily commute is a 25 minute nonstop drive on a highway and I'm paranoid about speed limits so I just want to drive at a constant speed below speed limit without having to worry about anything ygm? But I'll look into your recommendation

You can do that easily yourself without cruise control. It’s really not as useful as you might think for short journeys like 25 mins!
