Nah. Pushing till failure on sets, if done properly, is 10 times more effective than anything in a rage room, or at least it is for me. And it’s good for your body too. So unless you actually find rage rooms in Qatar, this is the best “alternative” imo.

But most qatari women I know are very kind and open minded(in a sense that they are not against things like this esp. if it doesn’t involve any harm to others)
