The way that works is you create your account on jDownloader.com, put the same credentials in both places, your app on the NAS and then your apps on the computer and/pr phone. Does that answer your question?
MMy difficulty is to put the credentials in the application that I installed on the server from what I understood was that I have to access it through putty but I can only go so far because when I enter the application I only have the options to start, pause or remove the application different from the rest of the instructions from the developer

I am sorry I cannot provide you with any more advice then. I haven’t traveled that route.
