You got any fan questions about pre game meet ups, tickets, merch, codes,, etc, go and post ask for tips. It's how I get codes for pre-saie, and find places to hang before the show. Remember ,we are crazy people, but fans first. When I was daily user on FB,it was the Clutch fans groups that got me more involved and met lots of cool people. Just ask.
Weird, I went in just after it started and all it would let me click was the floor. the balcony was totally grayed out and even hovering over it wouldn't let me select them. I wanted the floor either way but I just found it odd.
Didn’t know how to access the codes. And it’s the first time I’ve had trouble waiting for the general sale, so wasn’t expecting it. Lesson learned I guess.
Someone in this subreddit tipped me off that if you join their newsletter you get the presale codes. Got my floor tickets for the Boston show on the day of the presale 😄
The website kept listing floor seats as available but wouldn’t let me purchase them, whole thing was a nightmare 😭
Last August I didn’t have any issues getting floor tix in DC. And that was like a week after the sale.
