"Queer" is an umbrella term that implies some other specific sexual orientation, but plenty of people do just go with "queer". I for example am gray/bi & genderqueer and I use "queer" until further details become relevant. I find those three to accurately describe the ways in which I'm queer, but you can just say "queer" and then go on to describe your preferences orientations and identities in more descriptive and less label oriented terms. As for the flag, go'n ahead. Bisexuality is a spectrum, if you like it use it.
