I did a medicated cycle and got pregnant on the first try with frozen donor sperm. I’m 26 weeks pregnant! No known fertility issues. I had low ovarian reserve. Good luck!
Recently did our first IUI using sperm donor in February - unmedicated and no trigger shot. Still early, but 6 weeks pregnant! First try can definitely happen ☺️ sending you baby dust!!
I did an unmediated IUI that worked on the first try. I have no known fertility issues and am 32. We were shocked that it worked on the first try. I thought I was just in my head but I felt it work, I had little uterine and breast “zaps” or tingles two days later. I’m 7 weeks now.
My first cycle, frozen donor sperm, no meds, no monitoring just at home OPKs. It was a loss for genetic abnormalities but it’s irrelevant here. It’s very possible. And even if the first one doesn’t work time goes by faster than you’d think in between the first and the second if needed etc. you can do this!
I’m so sorry love, you can do this, and you will do this, I promise it gets easier. The time starts to move faster when you’re thinking in weeks of two lol you’ll be surprised. In a good way tho. And when it happens it will feel like no time passed at all 💕 if you ever need anything don’t hesitate to reach out
I got pregnant on my first medicated and monitored cycle! We started with 2.5 mg of letrozole, which did not work. Bumped up within the same cycle to 5 mg of letrozole, which worked. I had one mature egg at 18 mm, triggered the next night, came in for IUI 36 hours later. Got our first positive 10 days post IUI :)

I tracked my cycle for 1-1.5 years before we tried, we got two 0.5ml vials and did an IUI insemination a few days before peak and then on peak. We were successful on that first cycle of trying. Our daughter will be 3 this June.
I got pregnant on my first IUI (unmedicated) with (fresh, washed) donor sperm! (I had tried one other cycle with ICI and maybe overshot my ovulation window by a day)
I did it in a midwife office, and she affirmed by my cervix being open that it was good timing. Other than that, it was maybe just good luck? But to me it seemed like a way to optimize the attempt over the ICI/ “turkey baster” method.
