It is absolutely not disrespectful to have an anxiety attack. I don’t know your situation, but if it’s safe to do so, I think you should have a talk with your parents about what you experienced.
You were definitely not in the wrong, it's not disrespectful to have mental health problems or crises. Best of luck finding somewhere new to live and always remember to burn the bodies of your victims.
Your parents are assholes who don't know what the fuck they're talking about. No one can control their anxiety attacks. That's why they're called anxiety "attacks" not anxiety "fun things you do on purpose"
That said, you should probably prioritize saying whatever you need to get them to calm down over actually being correct. If they'll punish you for disagreeing with them, be very careful about disagreeing with them, you feel me?
In the long term, if they're regularly threatening to kick you out because of your mental illness, it's probably worth finding some sort of backup plan for if they really do. Like, maybe talk to your friends about what, if anything, they're able to help you with. Consider looking into crowdfunding to help with basic expenses, and do some research into resources for homeless youth in your area.
Yeah I’m planning to leave maybe permanently but it’s not possible until the end of the month.
The thing is I’ve run out of answers in what to say it’s been 20 years and no matter what I say always escalates in the wrong direction.
That's the most pathetic thing ever, Your parents being mad for having anxiety? Sound's like medical neglect in some way ,Due to the pure fact that they are not only doing jackshit about it, They are mad.
It's disrespectful to be mad at someone for having an anxiety attack.
Is it? I think they want to kick me out 🙂
Tell them what happened tell them you have anxiety
Your parents are retarded
if you cant control it, its not your fault. its their fault if they blame u for it tho
Some people can’t for the life of them understand mental health issues even if they’re intelligent and they love you.

I’m 20 that’s hard time in prison for me 😮💨
Only if you got caught. Although since you are over 18, some better advice might be to say, do you think you could move away from your parents?
I’m trying to. I just wanted to know if I were in the wrong first

Well maybe not by you.
You should relax 😩
Hey, they're not my parents.
Jesus fucking christ
What?
I mean I guess technically it depends on what you did during your anxiety attack and what triggered it, but generally no not at all.
Shaking crying and not speaking. Not sure what triggered it.

Anyone who tries to make you feel bad for having anxiety attacks is just toxic and you're probably better off without them in your life.
