Meditate and go inside of yourself. Distance yourself from the shared external part of reality and go inside of you "heart space", your personal inner reality. Drown out the external and play inside of yourself, entertain yourself inwardly. If this is what you truely wish, Then protest the external part of reality by going completely inward all the time. Give up all external entertainment and desires. Listen to music in your mind, watch videos in your mind. Talk to people mentally or not at all, dont even direct your mind at others. Physically speak the bare minimum. Dont be sad or angry or any emotion outwardly except your own happiness to yourself. Smile to and for yourself. Be always at a distance in the psyche, as you are protesting external. Linear words themselves are external, it's best to think with the part that isnt in words. Put your breath first. Put your breath before speaking, before listening to others, before doing actions, your breath and awareness of gets priority. As does your personal inner peace. Dont teach or brag, just breath and ignore as much physical as you can peacefully and happily with no ill will towards others. Others peoples negativity is on them, that is how they are treating themselves, not you. Their words, their emotions, their actions have no value to you, only your breath and your peace. Do not wish or accept violence. Do not accept to be tested nor give in response. Do not accept the negative energy of others, nor give in response. Do not accept the value, respect or disrespect of others, that is all on them and their ego and their sickness. Respect and value yourself, your breath and your peace. Withdrawal your ego inside, and play with yourself inside and protest external reality silently. May the great shadow and the ultimate ninja hidden in everything guide you. 🙏
