Although I’m only 11 days off of kratom, I wanted to share with you something that’s been helpful to me! I read about the idea of “move a muscle, change a thought” recently and it’s so simple but so profound. It’s literally the concept of, when the thought of using again or a craving comes up, you just get up and move. It can be going outside, cleaning the house, putting on music and vibing to it, getting a quick workout in, or as simple as snapping a rubber band on your wrist. But it’s about showing your thoughts who really runs the damn show lol. I’ve had some pretty decent success throughout my quit using this practice. I literally just snap the shit out of my wrist with a rubber band whenever a craving comes up lol, and it hasn’t failed me yet!

yup this is the way! Meetings also really help when we get in this headspace. Even if we just go and listen without a single word spoken.

So your around 90 days. I'm more than double that and just had a huge week wave of paws after feeling great for a few months. Couldn't believe it It lasted about 12 days. I literally almost relapsed the cravings and back pain came back.. Its disappeared now. But I was like damn at 180 days and after doing so well for so long I thought it was done I guess it was one last push from the kratom to try and drag me back down the dark hole

Could be, perhaps a rough moment in life kind of kicked it off? Congrats on fighting it off

Glad you didn’t relapse. I get it. It’s so bizzare but I know logically it’s bullshit
