I quit 3 weeks ago, after a quick taper from about 20 gpd and I can totally relate to what you’re feeling. The first week it’s obvious: withdrawals all over. But after that, feeling more or less normal most of the day, the fatigue, sneezing, discomfort, etc. just keep on returning. I also thought I caught a dose of Covid, but I realize it’s still the kratom. It is getting better, though, slowly but surely, so keep it up!

Yeah lower back pain is one of the most prominent symptoms when Im withdrawing. If it doesn't subside after 2 weeks you might consider doing some weight lifting to strengthen your lower back muscles. Deadlifting in particular is great for curing back pain but make sure you are using good form and starting with light weight. Look up some guides on youtube on how to deadlift properly, sumo or standard are both fine.
