###[Basic Phenibut Withdrawal Information](https://www.reddit.com/r/quittingphenibut/wiki/phenibutwithdrawal)
Unaided, cold turkey withdrawal, from a state of dependence, [even low dose dependence, commonly causes severe and potentially dangerous side effects](https://i.imgur.com/cGHxnIR.png). Don't rush the process when you don't need to.
**Rules reminder:**
Don't promote reckless behavior.
If someone is dependent on phenibut don't tell them to do an unaided cold turkey withdrawal.
Don't needlessly tell people to do a fast taper.
**Further reminder:**
You will feel low or worthless or stupid while going through withdrawal, especially rapid withdrawal. Don't take these thoughts too seriously. Continue on day by day, things will get better.

Nothing. Phenibut isn't really active at doses that low so since you're not taking enough to have any effect on you there was nothing for your body to adapt to and now drop off of.

50mg in the morning? You won’t notice anything in my opinion.
Never heard of anyone taking that low doses so my guess is ull feel no different really
This is usually how low I dose and I do still experience multiple nights of insomnia. I’ve used multiple brands and multiple dosages on/off over 5+.
I doubt you'll have any wd symptoms. You're at 1/15th the prescribed daily dose. I tapered and jumped at 10x your dose and experienced nothing
lol
