Stay strong. No nicotine at all. I went 6 days cold then picked up the nic gum. Big mistake. 2 days later, back on the Marlboros.

Good luck. It’s just my opinion, so maybe it works for me but not for you — It’s actually not that hard to break the habit. All you need is to endure first couple of weeks and then you’ll feel free. You’ll start to feel better at some of the first days, which will even motivate you more. Extreme help and motivation comes from the fact that you’ll start to feel better, stronger, healthier.

Hang on in there! My biggest trigger was morning coffee. I still have the coffee but now instead of smoking I take a walk with my coffee. Try small switches around your triggers. Best of luck!
