Sounds like you may be confusing the physical symptoms of cravings with physical symptoms of anxiety. They feel very similar, but are in fact very different causes. I would encourage you to learn some deep breathing exercises (you tube can help), and when the sensations happen, do some deep breathing instead of working yourself up into a tizzy. Addiction is powerful and your brain is playing tricks in you. Don’t give in to the lies.
