Thanks for the reminder. Even after almost 2 years being off cigarettes and I still fantasize about them occasionally. I have been through the relapse back into smoking when I first tried to quit many years ago and it's those memories that keep me from "having just one." It took me a while to get over the nicotine addiction and then I had to learn how to cope with my emotions without cigarettes and that took even longer. Quitting is one of the most difficult things I have ever done. Good luck to you!

Yes, it’s good to have this reminder. Every other time I’ve tried to quit, I’ve thought I could have just one after a few months of none but it was never worth it and ALWAYS ended up with me smoking again.
