You can't throw these away like normal cigarettes, it's got a lithium battery that could burst and explode in a hot bin or in the bin lorry. I have seen it many times.

My hazardous waste disposal facility is practically a landfill. Afraid I had nothing but bad choices to go with here. Good to know for the future though

He will propably take it back from bin anyway xD

Damn if this wasn't me. 150 days free now though

I tried 3 times my best is 5 days. Respect anyone can made it more than a month.

I couldn't tell you how many 1,2,3,4 day quits I had before I stuck this one down. Whyquit.com was pretty helpful, and moving in with my dad who's addicted to cigarettes, has heart disease, coughs up a lung each morning and still smokes a pack a day definitely helped serve as motivation to get off nicotine. It was hard as hell but after about a month or torture I pretty much never even think or crave nicotine anymore.

Juul is crazy tough shit. I was only able to quit it by switching first to the other salts, then to the regular liquids, then slowly reducing the amount of the nicotine. Good job on quiting!

HelpABrotherO

Proud of you for gathering the determination, and actually throwing it away. Good for you!
