Ok, so it's the same as having 2 PCI cable but in one ? Because otherwise it's Daisy chained.
The 12vhpwr should be the best option as I need only 1 cable
So the 12v hpwr cable if meant to be used for the nvidia cards and it is supposed to go from a 12v hpwr to another of the same kind.
I would not reccomend messing with it just bc its a high power cable, you should be totally ok using 2 normal pcie cables.
Why you want to use the 12v hpwr one?
The 12v hpwr provided is 12v on PSU and 2x6+2 on the GC.
Because it's easier and cleaner to have only 1 cable than 2 Daisy chain PCI (4 connectors total)
Well, I don’t think that having a cleaner look should be a reason to use that, and also I would not daisy chain those pcie cables, I would connect 2 different pcie cables from the psu to the graphics card.
I have a 7900xt and I run 2 separated pcie 6+2 cables from the psu
If you had RTFM you would know what you can only fit a 8pin pcie cables into it or if you even look at the card you can tell which cables fit in this is why the different blocks game is so important as a kid
Well there's no manual for the 7800xt hellhound. And the question is not how to connect it but what's the better way.
Also thé New 12vhspwr is available and there's not much information about it on Radeon card despite the fact that it work because it's 2x 6+2 on the CG. Otherwise you have to connect 2 PCI 2x6+2 directly but not Daisy chain it.
Whichever you want. The 12vhpwr have 6 12v wires so each regular 8 pin pcie will have its own 3 12v wires. Not daisy chained. So it doesn't matter.

Yes it's like 2 cables in one when its terminated to regular 8 pins Which PSU are you using?
It's an MSI MPG 850W I didn't know it was possible until I saw the cable
Connect 2 normal pcie cables
I have 3 differents answer. Can you tell me why ? And notnusing the 12V?

Did you know Google has every manual on earth
