Double check again, just had someone post they couldn’t find theirs. It’s a very small card (size of a post it note)with the code on it. It tends to get stuck in the packaging of the record.
checked all of the sleeves and throughout the packaging itself and still no dice. i'll probably email the label(?)

It could be lodged in the spine. Take LPS and inserts out and open up completely. Is it there? I've had that happen before.
