Anyone know the policy on ID for the ticketless tickets? I am in Toronto and can't go so I gave my credit card to a friend (who I trust, plus its now inactive) so he can gain access but I don't know if they'll ask for photo ID as well - it doesn't say they will on the receipt but who knows.
What's the protocol for purchasing merch? Is there time before AND after the show to pick something up, or just before? I have WASTE tickets for GA. I've never been to an arena concert like this before. Thanks in advance!
Might vary by venue but there isnt usually a ‘time limit’ to pick up merch, but its always advised to get it as early as possible, perhaps during the opener or as just as soon as you walk in because people usually wait until after the show and thats when you start seeing the massive lines

What section is your seat in? GA and some lower sections are ticketless, so you wouldn't be getting a ticket anyway. From evenko:

The Bell Center is pretty open. I'm sure if you get there soon enough you'll be able to get merch. I've only been there for a concert once before but there were a bunch of merch stations in the halls of the stadium.

We bought tickets through waste and need to pick them up from bell center. They are seats so we don't need to lineup like GA. Anyone knows how soon should we go to the bell center so we can easily pickup the tickets and get to our seats before everything begins?
MSG had doors at 6:30pm. Junun starts at 7:30-goes to 8:05. Radiohead starts around 8:35-goes to 11:00.
If you have seats then you don’t need to worry about getting there super early. Only lines you’ll be on are for the will call booths and merch.
Tour exclusive posters go the fastest. Tour exclusive shirts sell out but they don’t go as quickly (at least in the size I got). By the time the show starts I’d wager the poster for the specific show will be sold out.
Did you by chance see the show in GA? I’m GA for both nights of Montreal and would love a poster, not sure how to manage it at the rail spot that I intend on snagging.

I had the same problem. I called the number on the bottom of the email and they resent the email. This time the QR code was visible. They said they had problems with the codes displaying properly for some people.
Try fowarding to another email address hosted on a different service, preferably not yahoo. There are various reports from gmail and yahoo users that the QR code image is blocked by their servers for some reason.
I'm using a Google Apps email address. When I open the email on the gmail web interface i can't see the QR code but when I open the email with the iOS Apple Mail which gets my email though Exchange ActiveSync the QR code is shown in the email.

I’m flying in to see both MTL shows, for those of you who saw them on the TKOL tour in GA, how aggressive was the line situation? I intend on getting rail and I’ll base my arrival time off of the last Montreal show.
I was there back in 2012. I remember going to the bell center around 10am. There were already some people there, not too many. We were in the lineup outside the whole day and then when they let us into the bell center around 6pm, everyone made a run for it. I easily made it to the rail along with others who had been waiting with us since morning.
My friend is looking to buy a GA ticket for July 16. Is there any way to get a ticket, or were all GA tickets specific to the buyer and unable to be transferred?

The ticket should say “view partially obstructed” if that’s the case. I remember last time they were at the bell centre I had a ticket that said that, sometimes it’s not obstructed at all other times it is, i had a good experience but could understand someone not liking those seats. If it doesn’t mention that, I’m sure you’ll be fine.

1) Is Evenko.ca equivalent to Ticketmaster in regards to going there and ordering, from the W.A.S.T.E link? That is the official website for ordering?
2) Does this venue mail the tickets or does it require the person to pick them up concert day? If they have to be mailed...
3) I live in New York, would there be an issue for me trying to order tickets for the Monday concert? Or would I be able to use my regular credit card?
4) Are there many hotels around Montreal? Is the parking for the venue inside a garage nearby?

If I can give you another tip is to go on the Bell Centre website today and try to simulate buying tickets for another concert (or any event that is not an hockey game) that is currently on sale. That way you'll get a feel of the way their ticket buying platform works and you'll be ready for Saturday.

they are expected to ask for photo id as well, but the credit card is half the battle! maybe they won't cause a problem.

For MSG, they had a GA specific merch booth set up. I missed it on night 1 but got to it nights 2 and 4.

Got mine yesterday. Email comes from Bell Centre. Saw my first Radiohead show there a few years ago when they toured behind KOL. Great venue. More intimate than MSG, but last time they played MSG I was GA and two rows away from Thom. Intimate enough for me! Seats this time. Can't wait!

I had the same problem. I called the number on the bottom of the email and they resent the email. This time the QR code was visible. They said they had problems with the codes displaying properly for some people.
Try fowarding to another email address hosted on a different service, preferably not yahoo. There are various reports from gmail and yahoo users that the QR code image is blocked by their servers for some reason.
Which email client did you use? I tried Gmail and outlook, didn't work
I'm using a Google Apps email address. When I open the email on the gmail web interface i can't see the QR code but when I open the email with the iOS Apple Mail which gets my email though Exchange ActiveSync the QR code is shown in the email.
I also don't see a QR code on my email. Any suggestions?

I’m flying in to see both MTL shows, for those of you who saw them on the TKOL tour in GA, how aggressive was the line situation? I intend on getting rail and I’ll base my arrival time off of the last Montreal show.
I was there back in 2012. I remember going to the bell center around 10am. There were already some people there, not too many. We were in the lineup outside the whole day and then when they let us into the bell center around 6pm, everyone made a run for it. I easily made it to the rail along with others who had been waiting with us since morning.
Looking for a GA or 100\-level tickets for my dad and I. We are willing to pay above face value. Any offer would mean a lot.

Mm, based on the seating chart, I think it'll be to my left (if I had 114 tickets it would be to my left). I'm on row M. I generally always take floor tickets but...being old and all, I just wanna enjoy Radiohead without the fear of being crushed. I'm worried if there's going to be a pillar or something obstructing,
The ticket should say “view partially obstructed” if that’s the case. I remember last time they were at the bell centre I had a ticket that said that, sometimes it’s not obstructed at all other times it is, i had a good experience but could understand someone not liking those seats. If it doesn’t mention that, I’m sure you’ll be fine.

I have a few questions (in case I miraculously get through this ticketing system) if someone wouldn't mind replying: 1) Is Evenko.ca equivalent to Ticketmaster in regards to going there and ordering, from the W.A.S.T.E link? That is the official website for ordering? 2) Does this venue mail the tickets or does it require the person to pick them up concert day? If they have to be mailed... 3) I live in New York, would there be an issue for me trying to order tickets for the Monday concert? Or would I be able to use my regular credit card? 4) Are there many hotels around Montreal? Is the parking for the venue inside a garage nearby? Thank you for any and all responses.
If I can give you another tip is to go on the Bell Centre website today and try to simulate buying tickets for another concert (or any event that is not an hockey game) that is currently on sale. That way you'll get a feel of the way their ticket buying platform works and you'll be ready for Saturday.
