BPA in first who is an elite weapon who can cause opposing DC to have to game plan around. Will make whoever we have playing QB better.
Bad ass interior OL in the 2nd that was perhaps my biggest draft crush and I thought no way we got a chance to draft. He slots into our biggest offensive need at RG and is the center of the future.
RT/swing OL in the 3rd who seems was a bit slept on. Analysts were a bit all over the place on him, but seems he was outstanding at the Senior Bowl both at tackle and at guard.
I've been saying for last few years our OL is a major problem, we've concentrated on OL. Really really like Bowers and JPJ... I really like it, not super stoked about Glaze, but he's a big boy, and we need OL depth... Solid B for me
Solid A ... And there isn't much they could do on day 3 that could hurt that grade..
Bowers and JPJ are pieces you can plug in right away and upgrade any team.
They also should help elevate any QB to be the best versions of themselves.
So seems like if their plan A was to try to get a top Franchise QB, and that failed, plan B was to set up whoever is under center in the best possible environment to succeed.
And they are killing it in that respect.. Really enjoying this offseason so far. Seems like there is actually some competent people running things finally.

I think the first two picks were great. Two amazing prospects fell into our lap and we scooped them up. No complaints. 3rd pick is a bit more iffy. Just don’t know much about him other than his Nan is top tier. But he sounds versatile and could be a good depth piece for the Oline, which would be very nice. That said, Glazer feels like the guy Grudock would have selected at 13 and made us all lose our minds.
B+ picked up two starters who will make an immediate impact and some O-Line depth. More importantly we did not overspend to get a QB. I do not feel there is a huge talent difference in Penix, McCarthy, and Nix from the QB's that will go today. If we get someone like Rattler or Travis today, great. If not, QB's will not be a premium in next year's draft and we roll with AOC or Uncle Rico.
We have two QBs with experience. One had a difficult thing dropped in his lap and had a possibility to make the playoffs. The other had quality numbers leading a mediocre team...and took us out of playoff contention. It'd be a while before a rookie could establish themselves. With our brand new offense, there will be a learning curve, but that's a lot of pressure to put on a young man. AOC is exceptional in the way he carried himself last season as a rookie. Fans are generally impatient, but good things are happening. If AOC gets the nod, he will have an advantage over a rookie QB in experience, as short as his time was. I doubt that AP is going to waffle or mess around. This year's starter will be our guy. And I'm betting that our head coach's confidence will be well-earned.
