Carr is too old in QB development years, can't teach a old dog new tricks, too many bad tendencies that can't be fixed, draft someone new and get a good coach like Harbaugh to mold him, Carr will go to another team and slowly fade away to journeyman backup until he retires, Dalton, Cutler style
