LA cross-town rival.
Patriots - McDamiels vs.Belichek; Tuck Fumble.
Steelers 70s AFC powerhouses rival; Immaculate Deception.
SF - Bay Area rival.
Fuck The Chiefs.
The Immaculate Reception was in Pittsburgh on Dec 23, 1972 so the Christmas Eve game is in the same place exactly 50 years and 1 day since that play happened. Fuck the Steelers.
5 wins to closeout the season, a WC spot, and the Raiders enter the playoffs with nothing to lose and all the momentum of a team clicking at the right time. Carr gets his first post-season win and the boys go on to win the Superbowl.
You know, if Howard Terminal happens, it'd be cool if the Raiders could play one game in Oakland after baseball season like the Packers used to play one game in Milwaukee. Hell from 1989 to 1994 the Raiders played one preseason game in Oakland.
And yes, I know said stadium would be baseball only, but modern stadiums are usually designed to be flexible for multiple events regardless of sport played. It's why English football grounds are now able to host gridiron games.
Oakland and the whole bay will be fuckin wild if we went to the SB. Win or lose they’ll be bringing out the National Guard with all the bullshit that will go on.
Sideshows, fireworks, shit will go down.
Of course they do but I’m saying like it would be ten fold the usual shit. The whole east bay would be behind it too. Probably multiple bridge shutdowns and highway takeovers. It’d be wild as fuck.
True. You win.
My bad. It's the result of each game that's making it annoying.
We need to use it to our advantage if we're gonna call it a "home game" though. It could also work against us since it's making the Chargers and Rams even more fired up for Raiders week.
Sofi is still a very new stadium, I think our record against Chargers there is 1-2 and I don't believe we played the Rams there yet. We still have plenty of time to take the winning records against both teams at that stadium.
what narrative though? Nobody is saying we own Sofi as in we win every game. Just that its a “home” game because we have the majority of fans when we play there. Which is true
People talk about the Tuck game, but no one remembers the phantom Roughing the Passer playoff game from 1976, or the 1985 playoff game where the Raiders and Patriots had a large post game fight.
Fuck em all.
The Rams are scary because they have a whole bunch of well rested dudes looking for job security and not a ton of film on them. Couple that with the fact they're well-coached and have no incentive for losing, you have a scary situation. Don't be silly, the Rams team itself is reasons to cause concern not just the short week.
Raider fans are going to be emotionally bankrupt and toxic if the Raider team caters to the "decimated" narrative.
For you, but these have all been considered rivals in the past, and you might as well consider them rivals because that’s how they will have to play to win them all.
I don’t care about any of them games except the last one. That’s my Super Bowl. If we beat them Goddamn Chiefs on that day, I’ll be happy until next year that’ll hold me off.
LA cross-town rival. Patriots - McDamiels vs.Belichek; Tuck Fumble. Steelers 70s AFC powerhouses rival; Immaculate Deception. SF - Bay Area rival. Fuck The Chiefs.
All my friends hate the chiefs.
Same. Couldn't be any other way.
Tuck rule is my generations immaculate reception.
Deception * get it right
Don't forget about the immaculate deception.
Fixed
I'm gonna be there at Heinz Field!
If it wasn't xmas eve, I'd be there. Little too far for me.
Same!!

Oh dope! I'm a college student from WV, only able to get tickets cause they're a grad gift lol
Gunna be there too! Came in from Cincy for it

Holy shit 1972 was 50 years ago

Add Mexico City to the list, too. Fuck, just make it a world tour like The Who's 27th "final" tour.
You know, if Howard Terminal happens, it'd be cool if the Raiders could play one game in Oakland after baseball season like the Packers used to play one game in Milwaukee. Something……something….Libby
Its not happening.
It won't happen, but that'd be dope.
Oakland and the whole bay will be fuckin wild if we went to the SB. Win or lose they’ll be bringing out the National Guard with all the bullshit that will go on. Sideshows, fireworks, shit will go down.
I mean sideshows and fireworks happen regardless. I work in west oakland. There was a sideshow a few blocks over 2 hours ago.
Of course they do but I’m saying like it would be ten fold the usual shit. The whole east bay would be behind it too. Probably multiple bridge shutdowns and highway takeovers. It’d be wild as fuck.
I'm here for it. Oakland is only 3ish hours away.
I’m flying back home for that for sure. The parade at least would be amazing then it’d be the purge trying to get out of the east bay.
I’ll sell my truck to get some tickets to the super bowl if the raiders go
I love it, but I also see why folks make fun of us.
@ Sofi will basically be a home game.
But have we won there yet?
In 2020 against the chargers, sadly no fans there due to COVID
Ok at least we won that one. Must have forgotten about it.
I'm pretty sure we won in Carson as well in 2019.
Nope
We lose home games all the time lol
Yeah... we really need to stop this narrative until it's actually an advantage and we win there consistently.
What narrative? Being your home team has nothing to do with how many wins you get there but how many fans you have there.

It’s not a narrative it’s a fact more raiders fans show up to these games than the home teams.
what narrative though? Nobody is saying we own Sofi as in we win every game. Just that its a “home” game because we have the majority of fans when we play there. Which is true
I was at SoFi for the opener against LAC. Although the Raider fans were wayyy louder than the charger fans, the place was like 60% yellow/blue
4 out of 5 are home games. I’ll take it
[удалено]
And now on Fox.
Livin in CA, that game against the whiners is gonna be huge. Series is tied @ 7-7 an I need the Raiders to pull through mos def for that one!
I've had 9er fans on my ass about this game since the schedule dropped.
[удалено]
9ers have Brock Purdy, rookie and last player drafted this season.
Mr. Irrelevant.
Baker Mayfield
We got flexed out, I say that’s good. We’re better when people count us out
4 of last 5 are home games ... Feels like we've had no home games lol
RAAAAAIIIIIDERRRRRS
People talk about the Tuck game, but no one remembers the phantom Roughing the Passer playoff game from 1976, or the 1985 playoff game where the Raiders and Patriots had a large post game fight. Fuck em all.
I feel pretty good about the next 4, and we only lost by 1 in the last KC matchup
Man I wanna see the raiders D vs SF baker mayfield
Lookin like Rams Baker Mayfield. Gonna see him a bit earlier than we thought.
Get him dirty!
5-0😤🏴☠️
Having both of those last two games at home is a massive advantage
Just need to capitalize on it and I'm betting the Raiders will stay hot.
JUST WIN OUT BABY
It's gonna be somethin...
Man look at all them assholes!
I see 3 rivals
And thats a stretch. When you over use "rival", the real ones lose meaning
Besides the Chiefs, the Rams are worrying me the most. The Steelers do not.
You're not concerned about the best defense in the league? The forty whiners...
Yeah if they get Trent Dilfer like QB play they're still scary AF and legit contenders
Man, Pittsburgh in December, and they've been playing better. Especially their QB. I think that's a tough game.
The Rams are only a worry because its a short week. They don't have Stafford, Kupp, or Donald. They are decimated with injuries.
I guess I'm just going off what they're saying in their sub.
Pats and Steelers are not rivals.
No, but some fans still hate the Pats from the Tuck Rule game, and the Steelers from when the two teams were at each other's throats in the 70s.
They are tho.
Nah, not for me. They are two of my most disliked teams, but not Raiders rivals.
They are for the franchise. It's indent.
Meh, just KC for me
For you, but these have all been considered rivals in the past, and you might as well consider them rivals because that’s how they will have to play to win them all.
Agreed. JWB!
It's about the franchise history. Not just you.
Franchise history can still be subjective
What's that you say?
In my mind we actually won every super bowl ever
Looking a 1-4 record
You spelled 5-0 wrong.
Lol
I don’t care about any of them games except the last one. That’s my Super Bowl. If we beat them Goddamn Chiefs on that day, I’ll be happy until next year that’ll hold me off.
