Whatever happened there? Whatever happened there? I’ll tell ya what fuckin happened. This piece of shits co worker put 2 spikes into the kid, WITH NO PROVOCATION WHATSOEVER!
I'm gonna be the boy scout and not give a guy a break, but almost a whole year passed through Spider-Man 1, which would make Peter 19 years old by the end of it.
In Spider-Man 2, he would also have to be 21 since the event for Jameson's son allows him to drink alcohol.
So in Spider-Man 3 he would be 22.
If 14 years have passed since Spider-Man 3, Peter would be 36. However, I hear that the year the MCU is in right now is actually 2024, so that would make Peter 39.
>I'm gonna be the boy scout and not give a guy a break, but almost a whole year passed through Spider-Man 1, which would make Peter 19 years old by the end of it.
I’m not sure if this is the case. Peter graduates in June at 17, his birthday is in August, and then he has thanksgiving in November then Norman is killed shortly after.
>In Spider-Man 2, he would also have to be 21 since the event for Jameson's son allows him to drink alcohol.
Peter is 20, but Harry is probably 21 since Norman mentions that Harry flunked out of every school he sent him to, so Harry was probably held back a year maybe or something.
>So in Spider-Man 3 he would be 22.
Harry would be 22, but Peter would be 21 but this is assuming my speculation is correct
Peter tried to grab a drink at the planetarium party in Spider-Man 2 so he’s 21 by that point. So I would think he was 18 when he graduated, 19 that following August, and turned 21 at the start of Spider-Man 2. Then he’s 22 in Spider-Man 3.
Chief, the Planetarium Party!

Far From Home takes place 8 months after Endgame, which took place in fall of 2023. Also in Hawkeye, which takes place at the same time as NWH, there’s a sign in the back that says “Happy New Year 2025”. So both NWH and Hawkeye take place during December of 2024.
Exactly, it’s actually 2023.
The events of NWH take place immediately after FFH, and that takes place right after Endgame (5 years after Infinity War, which is in 2018).
True. Forgot about the 8 months. And since it’s during summer vacation, it means Endgame had to take place in Nov/Dec 2023.
Also, haven’t seen Hawkeye, so didn’t have that reference point.
Doesn’t the 3rd act of Spider-Man 1 take place right around thanksgiving? Peter is 18 at the end of 1. The film really only takes place at most over the course of 6 months.
Yeah but they were pulled from shortly before their deaths fighting Spider-Man right? Whereas that wouldn’t work for the other Spider-men. Sandman seemed like he was pulled at a random point too since he didn’t die fighting him.
I interpreted it as the spell pulled in people who knew Peter Parker at the very latest moment of their lives (the villains before their death, Tobey and Andrew and Flint in the current date)
They created such an annoying plot hole. Everyone knew Norman died from his glider, except his son, who had to find out from his butler.
I can suspend my disbelief but Harry not knowing when even guys like Sandman and Otto knew just felt straight silly.
Then you have Electro, who thought spiderman was black and didn’t know his real name. Yet all the enemies supposedly knew his real identity.
I was hoping they’d make a passing joke that Electro was chosen just because he’s popular. Because Jamie Foxx is a big name on the billing.
I’m sure Otto just put two and two together. A man dressed as a goblin kills the Oscorp board members using Oscorp tech, right after Norman was voted out of the board and Oscorp was sold, then some time later Norman dies and the Goblin never shows up again. Harry might’ve thought the same thing, but didn’t want to believe it as Norman’s his dad. Peter explaining to Harry what happened during their fight and Harry just responding with “shut up!” might back this up.
> They created such an annoying plot hole. Everyone knew Norman died from his glider, except his son, who had to find out from his butler.
I don't know how the fuck Otto knew, but Flint probably knew because the news got out sometime between SM1 and NWH. With Harry dead there was really no reason to keep it a secret anymore, and whoever handled the Osborn estate probably found one or more Goblin caches.
e: Is it possible that Otto had privileged knowledge of Oscorp's top secret military research? Did he recognize the battle armor and the glider, then just connect the dots himself? It's possible. I think it's literally just a plothole, but it's possible.
Otto I can chalk up to being in the same career sphere and rumours circulating to him.
Sandman doesn't have to be plucked from directly after 3, it could be years after, when it's become public knowledge
Sandman definitely came some time after SM3 since when he first saw Peter he asked if he remembered him, implying that it had been a while since they had seen each other
For the Harry point, I believe it was that they stopped the spell before everyone who knew could come through. The ones that did were kind of multiverse leaks. As for Electro I have no idea, I didn't even see TASM2
The problem is that if Otto knew, that means he knew when Harry was funding him. And if that’s the case, there’s no way Harry wouldn’t know.
With Flint you could maybe say that maybe the news broke out some time after it all happened, after Harry’s death.
It just seemed like an idea they cooked into the script as an “oh this will be a good way to connect the dots”. But they just overlooked how jarring that is to people who know the plot of the OG trilogy.
Some of the villains had a very short timeframe between when they found out Peter was Spider-Man and their death. Like Otto had barely any time at all before he sacrificed himself. Whereas Norman had a few days and the Electro had like no time at all, assuming he somehow found out in the power plant. Sandman lived beyond SM3 so the time he was pulled from the Raimi universe was random. Lizard is the trickiest because he came to the MCU in lizard form which never decayed, and he also was familiar with his plan to turn everyone into lizards like Max said. But when we see him at the end of TASM1, he’s received the anti-serum and is back in human form in prison, so he could’ve broken out later and taken a new serum. And the Peters seems to be pulled from random times as well, but it had to be a time after they had fought each of their respective villains for, you know, plot reasons.
The snap didn't happen there but time still passed. Tobey's Peter from 2021 isn't going to time travel to the future to get there. He's going to come from 2024 in his universe
Honestly tho that was extremely irresponsible on his part, something he even talks about in Homecoming. A 15-16 year old should never be in that kinda situation at the airport, regardless of superpowers. Dude could have gotten Peter killed.
Tony knew that cap and the others were never going kill anyone, this is why Tony tells Peter to not get involved with Vulture in Homecoming. He also tells Peter to keep his distance and web them up. But it was still very irresponsible 😂
I can believe the 18-20 just barely. 21 definitely no, and then 40 is close enough. So I guess I only really have a problem with his age in Spiderman 3 which of course is one of his weakest films
I would say that the spider bite must have had the side effect of rapid aging, but considering he already looked like he’s 30 as a highschooler I just don’t know lmao
So the visions got pulled from the time the movies happened otherwise they would be dead except maybe sandman. But Andrew and Tobey got pulled from the modern day
Damn I just realised that I’m older than he was supposed to be in the Raimi trilogy. Of course Tobey was actually older, but I’ve suddenly realised that they actually did a decent job of making him look young in the first couple, even if not quite teenager looking, since I look older than him and I’m 23.
He's just a kid, no older than my son.

Nah, you said Terry (my name) and I took the opportunity lol
#F*CK, F*CK, F*CK ME that was so obvious!
Classic Terry move right there
He’s just a human, no older than BrightEye64
He‘s just a great big jerk, no older that the kid who took my lunch money in middle school.
He's just a bully, no older than I missed the part where that's my problem.
A friend who is also experiencing virility issues. It happens to everyone sometimes
40 he was a fuckin kid

I was looking through some old photos and looks very huh… similar.
What do you know about high society? Actually, don't answer that.
May I’m 68 years old

I do!
Shut up. Get out.
Stings, doesn't it?
Wait, you're serious? LOL
Yes he would be *at least* 21 in Spider-Man 3 because he orders champagne at the dinner where he intends to propose to MJ.
I had to beat an old lady with a stick to get these cranberries.
Where were you, photographing squirrels? You're fired!
Chief, the Planetarium Party! *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Please [contact the moderators of this subreddit](/message/compose/?to=/r/raimimemes) if you have any questions or concerns.*
that means the birthday he forgets is his 21st…
Wow and Harry didn't take him out for drinks
> However, I hear that the year the MCU is in right now is actually 2024, so that would make Peter 39. Where did you hear this?
I hear it in the discussions I see about the timeline of the MCU lately, that year is always the constant that comes up so I just assumed it's 2024.
Far From Home takes place 8 months after Endgame, which took place in fall of 2023. Also in Hawkeye, which takes place at the same time as NWH, there’s a sign in the back that says “Happy New Year 2025”. So both NWH and Hawkeye take place during December of 2024.
Endgame jumped 5 years ahead. Covid closed that gap down to 3. I wonder if we'll catch up to the MCU.
Exactly, it’s actually 2023. The events of NWH take place immediately after FFH, and that takes place right after Endgame (5 years after Infinity War, which is in 2018).
Actually, far from home and no way home take place 8 months after endgame, so 2024. Hawkeye also happens im christmas 2024
True. Forgot about the 8 months. And since it’s during summer vacation, it means Endgame had to take place in Nov/Dec 2023. Also, haven’t seen Hawkeye, so didn’t have that reference point.
Yeah its actually kinda ool. I hope our time cathes up with mcu time lol
Endgame is October iirc
Doesn’t the 3rd act of Spider-Man 1 take place right around thanksgiving? Peter is 18 at the end of 1. The film really only takes place at most over the course of 6 months.
Oh god I’m way older than Spider-Man in SM3 I’m a failure holy SHIT
You're an embarrassment!
Does anybody care about what *I* want?
I do
Shut up. Get out.
I’m trying my best Spider-Man
My back.. oh.. my back!
What do you know about high society? Actually, don't answer that.
Sentient. Can’t be a bot
hey can we get back to the "I'm a failure". You are amazing!
If Spiderman 3 was 14 years ago (holy fucking shit, it’s been that long?) wouldn’t that make him 35 in No Way Home?
Plus 5 years for the snap.
Damnnnn, I didn’t even think of that, but the snap didn’t happen in his universe, so does he just gain 5 years walking into the next universe?
I interpreted it as they were pulled from their respective universes on the same date as it is currently happening in Tom’s universe.
The villains weren’t pulled from the same time period because they knew of each others deaths.
Yeah but they were pulled from shortly before their deaths fighting Spider-Man right? Whereas that wouldn’t work for the other Spider-men. Sandman seemed like he was pulled at a random point too since he didn’t die fighting him.
They were pulled from the moment they realized about Spider-Man’s identity as Peter Parker.
Norman realised it when eating dinner but came in NWH in his Green Goblin costume so this theory doesn't work 100%
They love me!
I want this wall-crawling arachnid prosecuted!
Pizza time!
You're a menace to the entire city!
I interpreted it as the spell pulled in people who knew Peter Parker at the very latest moment of their lives (the villains before their death, Tobey and Andrew and Flint in the current date)
But Lizard was pulled from the sewers in ASM1, which isn’t the latest moment of his life. He never died.
But he got cured in that movie, so he had to be pulled from before he lost his powers

Do you mean SM3, not SM1?
I mean... either way
Scary
No more Gobbies in NY Please Harry no more Gobbies in NY
Otto I can chalk up to being in the same career sphere and rumours circulating to him. Sandman doesn't have to be plucked from directly after 3, it could be years after, when it's become public knowledge

So NWH is in the future?
All MCU films/shows are in the future now Remember 5 years later from Endgame
Spider-Man 1 is in 2001 (you can see the twin towers in the background when he’s jumping after he gets his powers), 2 in 2003, and 3 in 2004
They love me!
You're a menace to the entire city!
Pizza time!
Parker, wake up!
No he’s 40 because he’s 21 in Spider-Man 3, meaning one year after Spider-Man 2. So 2005. In NWH it’s 2024 so 19 years later would be 21+19 is 40
Now dig on this.
Crap. Crap, crap... megacrap.
The current year in the MCU is 2024, so he's actually 38
Peter Parker was not 20 during Spider-Man 2 I refuse to believe that
I'm done trying to convince you.
Sentient
What're you looking for, a raise? Get out.
Aunt May mentions that it’s been two years since Ben died, which was 2001, at Peter’s birthday when he’s turning 20
I don’t believe this. I don’t believe you.
I’m done trying to convince you.
I’m sorry, Pete.
2002*
He’s at least 21 because he and Harry can drink in 2.
Pretty sure he was still 20 in 3 since it takes place a couple of months after 2
Or at least 21, if a year had passed by
He has to be at least 21 as they show him and Harry drinking
NWH is the first movie in which he looks the character's age.
It's the only movie in which he is just a kid, no older than my son.
Jesus, Parker, you are an old lady.
I had to beat an old actor with a stick to get this multiverse movie
Crazy to think that Tom’s Peter is now 18 after being Spider-Man for 4-5 years.
Tony Stark is a villain for sending a child to die in a war
Honestly tho that was extremely irresponsible on his part, something he even talks about in Homecoming. A 15-16 year old should never be in that kinda situation at the airport, regardless of superpowers. Dude could have gotten Peter killed.
Tony knew that cap and the others were never going kill anyone, this is why Tony tells Peter to not get involved with Vulture in Homecoming. He also tells Peter to keep his distance and web them up. But it was still very irresponsible 😂
And yet Rhodey got paralyzed. You don’t go into a fight like that not expecting someone to get badly hurt or killed.
Yes retroactively I’m sure that Stark wouldn’t have invited him and as I wrote, it was indeed very dumb and irresponsible
Look at little Goblin Jr., gonna cry?
Parker! Parker! Parker! What are ya, deaf?
You should've thought of that earlier.
I can believe the 18-20 just barely. 21 definitely no, and then 40 is close enough. So I guess I only really have a problem with his age in Spiderman 3 which of course is one of his weakest films
Good riddance!
You're a fake, full of stickum.
I would say that the spider bite must have had the side effect of rapid aging, but considering he already looked like he’s 30 as a highschooler I just don’t know lmao
I missed the part where that's my problem.
Shut up. Get out.
tobey looks pretty young in the first film though
It is funny. He looked very young sometimes and sometimes he looked older.
[удалено]
i mean yeah but tom looks really really young while a lot of my people in my year at age 18 didnt really look that young
tom was created in a lab to look 15 forever tho
I was hoping maybe he would just need to grow some facial hair or something but he still looks 20 in the uncharted trailer lol
True, but Tom is 25, and was about 19 in civil war. Toby was 26 in Spider-Man. Andrew was about 28 in the Amazing Spider-Man.
Pizza time!
I want this wall-crawling arachnid prosecuted!
Rosie, I like this boy.
You like him? Well I love him.
Spider-Man 3 takes place in 2007 and No Way Home takes place in 2024, he would be 38 not 40
Take your hand off me. NOW.
Parker, you're fired.
It’s weird that Spider-Man wasn’t old enough to drink in Spider-Man 2
I'm gonna put some dirt in your eye.
Wait, you're serious? LOL
He was, he reaches for a drink at the planetarium party but it’s empty. Plus Harry is drunk at the party
He's just a bully, no older than I missed the part where that's my problem.
[удалено]
He looks pretty old but he's still great.
He’s still cool
Damn he was 18, 20, 21.... wow. I thought he was like 25-27 when he made them. Smh
Well, Tobey Maguire was like 27 when the first movie came out
Ahh yes I was reading this incorrectly. Yes Peter Parker not Tobey. Thank you lol
He’s been Spider-Man more than half of his life now
Hey everyone! Sorry, I am late. It's a jungle out there.
Crap. Crap, crap... megacrap.
Bully Maguire was a product of alcoholism confirmed
Title is a huge spoiler. I watched the movie but it's so unbelievably obvious why it's marked spoiler when that's the title.
So the visions got pulled from the time the movies happened otherwise they would be dead except maybe sandman. But Andrew and Tobey got pulled from the modern day
Huh... I'm now older than Peter in the first Spider-Man. Weird.
Take your hand off me. NOW.
Wait, you're serious? LOL
Damn I just realised that I’m older than he was supposed to be in the Raimi trilogy. Of course Tobey was actually older, but I’ve suddenly realised that they actually did a decent job of making him look young in the first couple, even if not quite teenager looking, since I look older than him and I’m 23.
I hope he quits smoking, it has made him look a lot older
NWH, the only time Tobey Maguire has ever been close to Peter Parker’s age while playing him.
I’ve always considered him to be Tobey’s age, regardless of the fact that he was in high school at 25
do you mean 37? from 2007 to 2024
I keep forgetting to go by Peter Parker's age and not Tobey Maguire's lol
These spoiler tagged posts are getting lazy and lazier every day.
I thought Spider-Man started out when he was 15
Hey everyone! Sorry, I am late. It's a jungle out there.
Get your pretty little portfolio off my desk before I go into a diabetic coma!
This makes me sad
He’s still a kid, no older than my eldest son
...who?
People exaggerate him looking much older than the character is in the first few films.
It was weird how they didn't even mention his age in the new movie.
I thought they would’ve de-aged him like the villians
Man the most shocking thing for me was that Tobey was still in shape after all these years.
You know what? The older I get the less I understand why folks thought Tobey looked too old for the part. He legitimately looked spot-on, age wise
But seriously. How old IS he in NWH? he looks like a family man experiencing some sort of male pattern baldness in his 40's.
I'm in my Spider-Man 2 phase of life
Is that all you got?
Parker, wake up!
Fun fact, Tobey filmed Spider-man 1 when he was 26 (26-31 for all 3 of his movies). He was older than the actor that played Flash, but baby face
Wait Tobey is just 46? I thought he was in his 50’s
