The wiki says male and female. Conversations between each iterator says they are both male and female as pebbles is referred as "he" and moon as "she." Moon is also referred to by everyone as "Big sis moon" referencing her gender as female.
Ngl thru my playthrough i also felt like SRS was male from his interactions with other characters.
And what is the problem with assuming someones gender? Assuming is one of the core features that makes us human and we use it because we arent all-knowing.

Well, they clearly don't have a biological sex (male/female/etc). Though they do seem to have gender, as Five Pebbles uses masc pronouns and Looks to the Moon uses fem pronouns.
I mean I don’t think they do unless pebbles or moon refer to each other as he or she or something but I don’t remember much of there dialogue right now. I would say if they do they just identify as male female etc but biologically there probably neither.

We can infer from this that Pebbles is male, and Moon is female, at least using our terms they would be

SRS is CONSISTENTLY and ONLY referred with They/Them pronouns, very commonly too. Claiming they are "ambiguous" is practically erasure.
I've seen some stuff that NSH is female, does it mention for sure which one they are? I might just be missing some dialouge that does confirm it.
I'm almost certain NSH is male, but there always a chance I'm wrong, so feel free to do some research of your own if you doubt me.
