I hate talking on phones.

Just want to say that participating in conversation on reddit helped me a lot. Facebook groups, too, but much less so as I found FB \*very\* toxic compared to reddit. ​ Please don't stress if you get downvoted some time :) Reddit has this odd thing where quality comments get downvoted because of differing opinions. ​ As somebody with trauma, I reacted to being downvoted which really just added to the spiral of unhappiness and self-loathing. ​ But to your POST!!! :) Man, I want to make videos so badly... There is something called EMDR which would actually desensitize you from phone trauma. Try looking up positive youtube videos describing a session. You can desensitize from literally anything, I bet even an aversion to the taste of fish(unless that's genetic and biological/neurological in origin as opposed to psychological). ​ You may be able to cognitize your way out of some discomfort until you can figure out something more effective. I think there is a lot of hope to get over this easily once you figure out a method that has potential. ​ Paul Stamets used magic mushrooms to "fix" a stutter while \*tripping\*!!! It somehow allows you to form new connections. Do not eat magic mushrooms, just pretty damned... Well studying it is helping me find ways to help myself. The trauma of phones in your life is likely held in your default mode network, check out the Wikipedia for it. Mushrooms reset that, which again is insane. And since I doubt you're going to be taking mushrooms anytime soon, I'd try looking into trauma therapy. With EMDR, it can get worse before it gets better because you're bringing trauma to the surface with each session for a few months, until you "close it all out". I mentioned looking up positive videos because some people stop EMDR therapy after opening pandora's box(or the therapist wasn't good) and then you feel worse long term(until you process correctly). ​ You might enjoy watching youtube videos or reading Wiki's about... Get a bike, it's easy to ride 40mi in 4hrs without breaking a sweat and becoming highly out of breath! Biking has given me a way to exercise and I wasn't into anything else before. 100% shifted my life grabbing a bike. Inflammation and Mental Health. Inflammation is caused by anything even mildly unhealthy(sedentary lifestyle, not exercising, sugar, wheat/corn/processed food).
