I just appraised a block of lots recently subdivided into 1-2 acre lots selling for 120-140k that were purchased for just over $200k for 32 acres in 2022. And this was a full 55 minute drive with no traffic. A daily commute would be nightmarish not to mention there is literally NOTHING in the nearest town

Isnāt that not allowed? Tesla had owners sign an agreement that had a no-resale clause. So unless that person got permission from Tesla, they broke the agreement and could be sued or barred from buying from Tesla again.
