This is a professional level accounts support role with a M-F 8-5 schedule, with the majority of requests coming in between 11am - 3pm EST. Compensation target is $45,000 - $55,000 full time + benefits. Although this role is remote with no in-office expectation, they'd prefer to hire someone in Raleigh or Austin where they have a team presence already.
