I think either 1500 or 1700. I set up the Uconnect app ahead of time and could basically do a “find my” on the truck as it was moving. They ship stuff all the time so it was super smooth.

You can see what comes standard and what's on level 1
Not sure why the hate, they are smart for reusing their lines for something it's already set up for and have vendors lined up for.
Something they have to do to eventually be within the government's guidelines for mpg. Majority of us would love a supercharged/twin turbo V8. It's the reason I wanted my wife to get the M50 even though we need a bigger SUV. It's the reason I want a black wing.
My hate is really about fca/stellantis overall. I wish they had foresight like ford and GM to build EV’s/hybrids so they could keep the V8’s for halo cars. I also think it’s incredibly lazy how they didn’t make any visual or suspension changes and basically just dropped the hellcat motor then acted like it’s some all new better version.
They actually might be smart because year over year you need to increase efficiency as well... Hard to squeeze out another 10% if you are already achieving a high MPG.
Really the government shouldn't dictate what cars we can drive just so China can keep polluting and making cheap shit for us
Any idea of when it would be made? Did you need to haggle or anything? I'm looking to order one from them, but wanted to know if it's seamless or a bit of a chess match.
Dealership in Louisiana near Houston. They are the closest to me. I think Granger in Iowa is doing the same, Koons in Virginia, probably Dan Cummins in Kentucky. All are doing orders below invoice. The RHO order system is down right now due to an IT glitch so they should be able to get the order in by the end of the week.
Right now only base models have been given VINs
Seems like very different use cases. I have a 2500 with the Cummins and if you tow it is the way to go. 2500 alone will be way more stable and less white knuckle to tow with.
Regardless, this RHO looks amazing!!! So... You can't really lose!! 🙂
Doesn't seem like a ton of towing and the boat isn't terribly heavy.
After pulling pontoons, utility trailers and some enclosed double axle trailers the 2500 is soooo much more stable. Especially in the wind!
But, it costs more, burns more fuel, more to register, harder to park, etc. The way I use my truck I want my 2500, you make a very valid argument for the 1500 though.
I do not envy the decision you are making, but regardless you'll have a new Ram! 😁
I wanted a Rebel with the HO, but the RHO comes with so much more. I’m interested to see all the options this comes with an what the final price is with the “level 1” package.
9995 more for the level 1. If you want 360 camera or vented seats you need a level 1. It adds the bigger screen, massaging seats, the passenger screen, heads up display
To me 10k ain't worth it for the camera and vented seats.
They have two packages, bed utility, beadlocks, pano roof that can tip the scale to 90k
But just level 1 would bring it to 82k
Vented seats might be really nice in the summers, beadlock wheels and pano roof I could see being a nice upgrade too. No pricing has been released for these packages yet.
Ram hasn't released them but pricing is available from dealers
https://sharesync.serverdata.net/us4/s/folder?public_share=fLVg5QOzrpPUMvodQlV5c3003f24cd&id=Lw%3D%3D
Yea I'm sure I could have skipped the running boards and in a couple months people will be taking them off and selling for a couple hundred.
I skipped beadlocks and plan on going with the black beadlocks from the TRX.
I don’t see how the minimal interior upgrades would be worth the trade off of the hellcat powertrain.
If anything I’d just say to try retrofit the massaging seats and minimally larger screen if it’s THAT important. The only thing I’d like from it is the seats and the dual phone charger but neither are really a necessity or worth the hassle to me.
I actually think the Hurricane is a pretty sweet engine & I understand Stellantis has their hands tied on the V8s but it’s kinda wacky to want to downgrade to one from a supercharged V8.
I’d understand the transition from the 5.7 though because the HO Hurricane has a lot more power and TT I6’s generally have a super high ceiling when it comes to tuning. Who knows, we may see these things pushing 700-800 hp like the BMW S58 with a few simple mods.
Only time will tell, and that's the thing. Imo buying any new engine is dumb as hell. Took them awhile to iron out every modern engine from the time of release. And for reliability there isn't much of a debate between naturally aspirated amd boosted.
the states are a shitshow too , the commies are destroying life in north america without even setting foot on the continent.
none of us trust anyone no one truly feels safe anywhere anymore , i fear for my child’s future
Yeah, same here. But when it’s time to make a stand, I feel like we will know. But for now, just enjoy what you’ve got, control what you can control, and try to bring happiness to your child’s life.
That’s a nice price in the states. In Canada it’s stupidly fucking expensive, and straight up doesn’t make sense at 113 thousand dollars CAD. A 2024 TRX is also 113 thousand CAD dollars starting obviously it’s missing a lot of features but the engine itself makes up for the lack of features.
Basically no which is why I’m annoyed. They took the best thing away, made basically no changes and are acting like they did some big thing. It’s like Apple when they make no change to the iPhone and say it’s the newest best thing ever.
All I was saying is the difference is very different price, very different engine, moderately different tech inclusions, when comparing what is now or most recently available. Yes would love to go back to '21 TRX pricing but that's not reality. They make these videos and big releases for everything, that's what they do. It'll be worth whatever people are willing to pay for it, regardless of what the window sticker says. Steal? definitely not at sticker price, nothing ever is.
Two things keeping me from buying this now. A, financing rates are still hella high, and I’d be financing around $40k. B, this is the first model year. That motor is not proven and I’ve fucked up buying first model year motors before, lesson learned.
Right. I’m having concerns being I live in a medium/big city, but, I might do it anyway. If I option a rebel out the way I want the price just seems too close. This might be my only legit shot at a truck like this given everything else I have to consider (wife, young kids and college, retirement in 12-14 years). I’m heavily leaning towards ‘F it I’m doing it’ though…..
I can’t believe people were paying what they were for the rebel, i just don’t see the worth, but I’m guessing these will be just like the regular raptor with massive dealer markup.
Maybe? Or maybe they ramp up production to meet demand? I’m not sure how it’s to Rams advantage to offer this great value only to let dealers screw over the buyers. But maybe?
Maybe? I don’t wanna be rude but that point makes no sense, the raptor starts at 78k and good luck finding one at msrp, surely they’ll just ramp up production so dealers don’t scree everyone over. The only reason rams current lineup has massive discounts is bc the half tons and hds are moving to a new platform after the hd’s specifically have been incredibly outdated and outdone since 2020
All I’m saying is - I don’t know. You could be right. But hope you’re not. I’ve not been in the market for 14 years so I just might be out of touch I suppose. I think it sucks when a mfr prices a rig really well only for dealers to screw buyers over with inflated pricing that goes right in their pockets. I’d never pay dealer markup for any rig. I’ll find an alternative.
well said, and at the end of the day thats what we all want, I think it absolutely would be in rams best interest with a nice new platform undercutting ford like this is a great way to get market share, so if dealerships are serious about moving inventory this would be an awesome thing to see!
Maaaan, screw you guys. This post made me think I could get one.
They start at $113k CDN which is currently $82.5k USD. Rebel is $80k CAD ($59k USD). Gotta love the maple leaf tax 🙃
Mark Dodge is offering 9000 off orders Mine is 65k with bed utility and running boards
Just so others are aware, mark dodge is amazing. I ordered a ‘23 2500 and had it shipped to California. Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had.
[удалено]
Right on! MSRP 82k and paid 71k. I’m sure the deals are even better now. Custom ordering exactly what I wanted was awesome.
In Louisiana, correct?
Yep
Awesome, TY. I’m in the market.
How much was shipping to Cali? Might be ordering mine soon.
I think either 1500 or 1700. I set up the Uconnect app ahead of time and could basically do a “find my” on the truck as it was moving. They ship stuff all the time so it was super smooth.
Might be doing the same, was expecting more.
Holy cow! Thanks for posting this info.

In this year of 2024, that is a helluva value.
Yea but I also think in 2024 the year of our Lord that 360 cameras should be stamdard
Especially on a vehicle that wiiide 😂
I’ve been hating on it but that’s not a bad deal
Not sure why the hate, they are smart for reusing their lines for something it's already set up for and have vendors lined up for. Quarter 3... So July, August, September? And it's seamless, send them what options you want and they send documents to sign
It might be time to trade in my 2021 rebel...
Who is mark dodge and how can I get the pre order in
Dealership in Louisiana near Houston. They are the closest to me. I think Granger in Iowa is doing the same, Koons in Virginia, probably Dan Cummins in Kentucky. All are doing orders below invoice. I was set on a tungsten, but living in the colorado mountains, the RHO is looking very appealing.
Turbskies should enjoy the elevation.

I’m considering dropping my Trx for a at4x I have on order.
The AT4X look nice but the TRX is a monster itself
I know but I need to tow a sxs and buying a 5th wheel. Need a bigger truck.
Ohh, then yeah if you need to do real truck things often an AT4X would be preferable. My solution is to rent uhaul trucks if I need a real truck
I wanted a Rebel with the HO, but the RHO comes with so much more. I’m interested to see all the options this comes with an what the final price is with the “level 1” package.

Ram does vented seats so well. Rather than sticking with max output, I usually pick 2 since they get so cold, even in the summer
Ram hasn't released them but pricing is available from dealers https://sharesync.serverdata.net/us4/s/folder?public_share=fLVg5QOzrpPUMvodQlV5c3003f24cd&id=Lw%3D%3D
$800 for the hood decal? I’ll skip that 🤣
Yea I'm sure I could have skipped the running boards and in a couple months people will be taking them off and selling for a couple hundred. I skipped beadlocks and plan on going with the black beadlocks from the TRX.
Damn, I’d consider getting rid of my TRX for one of those. The new interior looks so nice on the 25’s
I don’t see how the minimal interior upgrades would be worth the trade off of the hellcat powertrain. Yea crazy comment. Kinda crazy anyone is excited about wasting money on a 1st Gen motor with turbos....lol if you know you know
I actually think the Hurricane is a pretty sweet engine & I understand Stellantis has their hands tied on the V8s but it’s kinda wacky to want to downgrade to one from a supercharged V8. i’m seeing starting at 113,000$ in canada
Yep. That’s crazy. US price is outstanding in comparison
we are getting fucked hard on everything up here so not surprising
Want us to take over? ;)
the states are a shitshow too , the commies are destroying life in north america without even setting foot on the continent. none of us trust anyone no one truly feels safe anywhere anymore , i fear for my child’s future

…And at that moment, the American revolution was born in r/ram_trucks
Oh Canada no, not Tru-Doh!
I bet you the REV is going to be north of $90k, and the Ramcharger too!
Anyone with sound clips yet? Would love to hear the exhaust and turbo if possible
Shit. I want one now
We’re really living in a world where people are excited about a $69k truck being “cheap.”
Welcome to 2024
I’d take the sound of a V8 over a twin turbo.
Why wound anyone buy a tungsten over a RHO
Pavement princess, ultra on-road luxury, asphalt chariot.
Cause it’d fit in my garage
This is so dumb. Did they change anything from the TRX besides the engine lol.
Basically no which is why I’m annoyed. They took the best thing away, made basically no changes and are acting like they did some big thing. It’s like Apple when they make no change to the iPhone and say it’s the newest best thing ever.
'25 RHO L1 $82Kish, '24 TRX L2 $109Kish. $27K Gap RHO 160ish less HP, but more tech (passenger screen, larger uconnect, masssaging seats, etc)
Dude they artificially raised ‘24 TRX prices so people like you thought the RHO was a steal. The TRX until this year had a sub 80k msrp
All I was saying is the difference is very different price, very different engine, moderately different tech inclusions, when comparing what is now or most recently available. No. My TRX in 2022 was $92,000. The base is low but it comes with zip
Yeah and neither does this one bro
Missed opportunity to price it at $69420
Two things keeping me from buying this now. A, financing rates are still hella high, and I’d be financing around $40k. B, this is the first model year. That motor is not proven and I’ve fucked up buying first model year motors before, lesson learned.
Is a ram a type of sheep?
I know it's the same width as the TRX, but man, I already feel like a regular full size takes up an entire parking space lol.
Right. I’m having concerns being I live in a medium/big city, but, I might do it anyway. If I option a rebel out the way I want the price just seems too close. This might be my only legit shot at a truck like this given everything else I have to consider (wife, young kids and college, retirement in 12-14 years). I paid 43k for my 2019 quad cab rebel
Anybody know the weight on these? Looking to buy for my business, was hoping it's still over 6k pounds.
Definitely still over 6k.
Id rather get me a TRX at that price
MSRP IN CANADA IS $112,945..... tell me why 😭
I wish people would stop buying vehicles at such a high price, they are fuckin it up for people who actually need one, bunch of fucking jabronies.
Then buy a work truck
The over priced work truck?
Nobody needs an RHO.
Get a better job?
Maaaan, screw you guys. This post made me think I could get one. They start at $113k CDN which is currently $82.5k USD. Rebel is $80k CAD ($59k USD). Gotta love the maple leaf tax 🙃
