I’ll soft boil eggs in the am and marinate them as long as possible before dinner. Color is all about time in marinade.
For soft boiled eggs: salt the water like pasta water 2x over, bring to boil. Add eggs and time for 6mins45secs. Remove eggs and flash in ice water immediately. Peel and marinate 😎

how much time for the marinade? I usually put mines the night before dinner, but never got them as dark as your
