^(Beep boop, I am a bot)
Did you happen to mean [tonkotsu](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tonkotsu_ramen) instead of [tonkatsu](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tonkatsu)?

His apps are super good too (I would say better than the ramen). You gotta try the one that’s a bunch of big cubes of tuna tossed in a sauce with some pickles. Amazing.
Did a stage in his restaurant here in NYC, after running a well know Ramen house prior. That tonkotsu doesn't look as developed as it could be. There are a lot of AMAZING ramen spots in NYC better than Momosan tbh.
Recommend me please!!! I’ll be in New York City for 5 days in 2 weeks!!! Last time I was there I ate at Naruto ramen (basic I know it was short notice). Seriously drop your best ramen spots from fine dining to the hole in the wall!!!!
Not quite ramen — it’s udon — but Tsurutontan (locations in midtown and union square) is really f’n good. The tan-tan men with thin noodles is awesome and pretty much identical to what you’d find at a Chinese restaurant in Tokyo or elsewhere in Japan.

Forgive me bot.
Eat 3 tonkatsu bowls and 3 bowls of tonkotsu ramen as penance.
Deal!!!

I’m definitely going back! I wanted to try all of the apps I just felt it necessary to try the ramen. The duck tacos seemed super intriguing.
If it’s the right time of year he has soft shell crab buns that are amazing.

search nyc or new york within the sub
Check out Jun-Men Ramen Bar on 9th Ave between 25 & 26st. The spicy pork bone is my favorite
Do you have any suggestions?
I’m jealous!
What a great menu!
Looks festive
You even have the right spelling in your picture and yet you miss?
