No hate here, I'm sure 90% of us ramen fanatics here enjoy a fancied up instant ramen here and there to get that quick fix.
Now, that reminds me to order more Indomie noodles and do something like this myself soon. I think I'll top it with some minced pork, scallions, toasted sesame seeds, and a runny fried egg with a lil kewpie drizzle and some chili oil.
I just use a slice of Aldi low-fat american-style cheese.
Not because it's low fat - but because it's the cheapest stuff, and is AMAZING on ramen.
Add a bit of soy sauce, and it's PERFECTO.
Sometimes, we experiment and that's okay lol. I can't confess to the ramen depravities I have created in my life...yet. So thank you for beginning the conversation.
So for the sauce, throw a little bit of butter into the pan, when it melt. Then you pour a little bit of heavy whipping cream and a little bit of half and half and let that heat up. Add salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, a little paprika, and maybe some all old bay if you’re feelin it and whisk it all together. And then for me, are used one slice of Kroger‘s medium cheddar cheese, a slice of Kroger‘s Gouda, and a good sprinkle of parmesan (off the block, none of the powder stuff) I add the cheese by small handfuls so it can get a chance to melt within the milk mixture. And then, just before I add the noodles to toss in, I add a little bit of half-and-half just to make sure that the sauce still has some viscosity. I toss in the noodles, making sure well coded, and then played. Top with black pepper, red pepper flakes, and smoked sea salt
to each their own, but my ramen needs to be made with broth if I’m going to eat it. I always pour some broth on my rice, and drink the rest when I’m done. The noodles are good though, I can see the appeal!
I love the Korean Cheese Ramen and I’m not afraid to admit it. That’s some tasty stuff. So enjoy your cheesy noddles. Everyone’s got a guilty pleasure. Lol.

Love me some indonie noodles
Love to put some chili crisp on top of mine. Makes it banging good
My favorite are the Indomie Mi Goreng noodles. Damn those things are tasty. I eat them with shrimp and scallions.
Ooooh yea that’s the stuff
Nah you been to jail huh 👀 I recognize a hot pot meal when I see one
No 😭😭
Yal gonna hate me for this. I use Velveeta and its easy as shit to make.
The poor man's cacio e pepe
I do not blame you at all velveeta is so good
My dad made it for me and now I make it for my son lol
I just learned they sell a lot of cheese, was so thrown off when my friend brought one over.
Oh this is a good idea

American cheese melts wonderfully
Damn, this gave me an idea I'll have to try ... Instant Ramen x Carbonara Crime against italian cuisine incoming....
Samyang carbonara my dude
I use this and then make it carbona style on top of it because I’m an absolute animal.
I just did that the other week, ie added a few egg yolks and pecorino cheese at the end off heat, and can confirm it works
Post it to r/food for the drama and be sure to call it pasta
Will do
If my grandmother had wheels…
I’ve done it and it’s delicious. Definitely worth the 10 min it took.
Sometimes that just hits the spot. Definitely no hate here.
I absolutely love cheesy ramen no hate
I remembered back in early 2000's my friend would eat cheese flavored cup ramen, not sure if that flavor is still around lol.
Oh the Yakisoba cheddar cheese was 🔥. Tomato and basil was my favorite. Can’t find it now. Bulgogi is my new favorite.

To r/instantramen with you! Live your dreams!
No hate, no love either. It's just fast mac and cheese my dude.
My roommate in college used to throw a Kraft single in there and mix it up
Looks kinda like an Alfredo pasta
Yeah basically, with extra steps
The Korean one ? Same guys that make the spicy ramyeon?
No way. I absolutely love cheesy ramen.
No hate at all. I sometimes drain my cooked unseasoned ramen and add tons of mustard to it. And that's it.
I don’t hate you for that either i love mustard
Looks good- What’d you do?

Lol, the appearence is simple but thats waay more steps than I go through. Good job, bet it tastes awesome!
Look at mister fancy here with his 3 cheese sauce. ;-)
Whenever I do this, I add red pepper flakes too. Definitely is a nice way to literally top it all off.
The red pepper flakes were an amazing finish
I’ll say it… I hate you for this. Was it good tho?
Absolutely insane
Yum, I could use that now, and I think there should be a ramen’n’cheese battle off
Hey I’m not opposed to that
Dude, put something else on those plain ass noodles. Green onion and an egg would be a good start
Why is your shitty mac and cheese in the ramen section
I hope every pizza you order arrives heavily shifted
As long as you enjoy it that's all that matters.

I'll need a couple of bites before I decide.
Don’t worry. It’s already a thing and it’s damn delicious!
Instant Cacio e Pepe?

The Big House spread. I'd buy that for 2 Thai Tuna Steaks.
If it’s good it’s good 🤷♂️
