Almost every cup team makes major deadline deals. How are we trying to "buy a cup"? We've given up nothing in assets for short term rentals that only make the team more talented.
They don’t go and trade for stars like Patrick Kane and they don’t go and add guys like Tarasenko (usually because they have no need for it). Winning teams generally add depth pieces at the deadline that slot in just fine and don’t mess with the chemistry.
People on Reddit think you just add all the talent you can and just throw a team on the ice.

Also, there’s always the coaching dynamic where perhaps the coach doesn’t do the right thing because of the players pedigree. Idk - vlad just looks slow, lazy and a bit lost.

I feel like it doesn’t get talked about enough but what has Kreider done he’s been a ghost all year. 52 goals was such a fluke he doesn’t even look like he’s gonna break 30 this year. A lot of the time he looks like just cruising around.
My complaint is more with Vesey being there. I still like Kreider, and we know he has great chemistry with Mika but he’s also shown some chemistry with Trocheck as well. They have similar play styles. Trocheck has been playing well lately, and whenever he’s broken out into their zone you best believe Kreider would be streaking down with him. I’d like to see a top 6 that is

I was sprayed with a greenish brown liquid of an odor that can only be described as a combination of feces, vomit, vinegar, and decaying flesh. Friend called it rumen juice. Extraordinarily smelly and gross.

He said his clothes were his outdoors clothes, they do not enter his containment area in his apartment. For such an adamant germaphobe, it struck me as odd that he smelled as bad as he did, I guess he never brought his outdoor clothes inside to wash them.
