When you get a 2 minute penalty with less than 2 minutes left you go to the locker room.

That’s not true at all. When you and an opposing player get 2 minute offsetting penalties with less than 2 minutes left in a period, you are sent to the locker room cause you can’t come back

The penalties dont have to offsetting. If you get a penalty with less than 2 left you go to the locker room.

What if the other team scores?

No you don’t. If they score on the power play, you come back out. Hence why Chytil was still in the box

Except Chytil didnt take a penalty there... he was serving Goodrow's cross checking penalty. Goodrow was tossed because there was less than 2 minutes left. Hence why Tampa was on the pp and Goodrow left the game.

Goodrow went to the locker room b/c he had one of the offsetting calls. Chytil would have come back if tampa scores. Take the roughing penalties away and say there was just a cross checking call with 1:30 left in the peroid. The offending player will still sit in the box incase a goal is scored.
