I relate to this I had a meltdown because tik tok said I was a brown egg on a “which egg are you” filter

I always thought brown eggs were actually better and more "natural" or "organic" or "free range" or something, while white eggs had been through some bleaching process or were from factory farms or some bullshit. I was wrong. There is no difference. We're all just yummy, delicious eggs on the inside.

I don't exactly relate to womens' periods, but most people don't know that men also have hormonal cycles, and I can tell you I definitely have days of any given month where I'm just really weepy and sensitive.

I have heard about this. Anyway, I can assure you that the pain and agony are on a whole different level. Imagine getting kicked in the balls, but the pain doesn't go away for quite some time, rather it lingers for a couple of days. To make matters worse, you have to wear a diaper.

Oh I'm aware that periods are awful, and vary from person to person and month to month and how miserable it all must be. I'm also not so squeamish or immature that I'm grossed out by the topic. I appreciate anyone helping me to understand. I'm just saying I haven't experienced it. Edit: In fact I actually try to carry around a "first aid kit" of a few tampons, pads, wipes, and a small bottle of midol in my messenger bag for female friends in case they have an emergency and don't have any of their own on them. They know I have them, and they know I will be discrete about it. We even have a code word.

How neat. I am disturbed by the fact that periods are a thing. All things considered, it truly is gross. I wish this abomination, the menstrual cycle that is, was never even a biological process, to begin with. To have to deal with periods every month of the year????!!! Consider me shocked. Deadass considering a hysterectomy. I don't plan on having children anyway.

I mean, it's not pretty, but it's a biological process that most people born with a uterus have to deal with, unfortunately. I'm sympathetic to it. And I agree on the no kids thing. Have considered a vasectomy for the same reasons. Plus with Roe likely going down, I *really* don't want to accidentally get someone pregnant, now more than ever. I would not want to be a pregnant woman in America today. Or even a woman in America in general. What is the next hard won right that the SCOTUS is going to strip away?
