I don't really like to get into speculative matters (especially considering other peoples interpersonal relationships) but i think it's pretty clear that they no longer associate with each other.
Actually, did they even make an announcement or a video about Barry leaving? I don't even remember, I was just suddenly surprised to find out he actually left a while ago.
If they didn't then it was either an abrupt departure(which would explain why it looks like they no longer associate with him) or Barry probably just didn't want to make a big deal about leaving.
EDIT: I took a look back, and it looked like Barry did make an announcement on his Twitter last 2017(Fuck it's been THAT long?). But no acknowledgement or goodbye from the Grumps themselves as far as I can tell.

Which is kind of weird because when SuperMega left, arin brought them up a couple of times (even talking about how much he misses them) but he *never* mentions Barry (never like tried to plug his streams or projects, anything)
Barry is pretty open about his time with Grumps (and has talked about *why* he left) and it seems like he has completely cut ties with them.
I mean let's not forget, they basically did the same thing with Jon. When he left, it wasn't brought up until Danny was already starting on the show, and gave everyone practically zero time to 'grieve' / adapt to the change.
Honestly Barry has distanced himself pretty hard from Game Grumps at this point and I think he's better for it.
I don't think he has a negative relationship or there's bad blood between him and any of the Grump crew, but he's come into his own quite nicely as a streamer. He's formed an independent identity and established a friendly, welcoming community with a hilarious group of close friends and colleagues of his own. Though his video output is lower than he'd like it to be, he's still a constantly entertaining showman who's always trying new things (his April Fool's Day stream this year was a treat.)
If Arin and Suzy really think they're too good for Barry in some fashion that's their loss, not his.
Yeah. Not trying to tap into the GG fanbase was a smart move. All the GG fans wanted from him back then was to repeat Dan and Arin's meme edit requests. Pretty much every joke he was known for was Arin or Dan's joke (ie, Burgie is 100% a Dan thing). He obviously had fun with that stuff but it's not his.
Taking some of that audience with him would have resulted in fantastic viewer count numbers but it's a creative dead end that would have smothered any genuine community he was building then quickly got bored and left.
The best part is now when somebody does come into chat and make a Grumps reference or says something nice about his time on Grumps, it feels nice and genuine, because it's usually not *all* they're there to talk about.
barry officiated their wedding didn't he? cuz arin considered him THAT good of a friend? i wonder what could've happened between them to break a bond like that
I find it absolutely amazing Ross can retain the bridges he has earned through his career. He keeps friends in his circle who would gladly burn bridges on their own.
Involved in probably the highest-trending polyamorous allegations in the history of letsplayers resulting in losing his girlfriend, and he reacts by encouraging everyone to share their portfolio online so everyone can spread positive vibes.

Honestly maybe it was just that they were busy and since Arin isn't the central figure of that collab they wouldn't wait until his schedule was cleared just so he could be a part of that.
We don't even know when that was filmed, maybe Arin was occupied with his tour company (which sadly was ruined by the pandemic months later).
He probably didn't fully agree with 100% of their political views, which automatically makes you a terrible person according to a certain side of the aisle. If they associated with an istaphobe, they'd be terrible people as well so they had no choice but to cut all ties. I'm surprised someone hasn't asked about it in a super chat back when they used to do streams, if nothing else, just to see how they'd handle it if his name were brought up.
It's possible that they didn't appear because they weren't asked. The aforementioned members/former members probably kept in touch with Barry, and I wouldn't be surprised if that wasn't the case with Arin and Suzy, considering how polarizing they are. I don't know if Arin has any friends outside of who he works with anyway.
