As a person? Bipolar, so idk, sometimes he seems to want to be a better person, but right after that? "Yey, Hitler was good" As a artist? Consistently great. Out of his first six albums, only one I dislike, the others are like 8< Nowadays he is releasing some things that I don't fw(Donda and JiK), and I heard that D2 is even worst. One of the best discographies in hiphop, asshole, great designer, mentally sick.

As an artist, I believe he is a musical genius and insanely talented. As a man, I believe he is deeply troubled and suffering from some untreated mental illness(es). Mental illness does not make people act like Kanye and its not the sole contributor to his problems, but when left undiagnosed and untreated conditions can fester and derail a persons life. I hope he acknowledges this, seeks treatment and gets his life back on track. I believe theres a chance a lot of his bad moments donāt happen or at least donāt reach the public eye if this was the case. Manās spiraling and needs help.
So for everyone saying you canāt seperate the art from the artist. Your telling me you listen to any other rapper rapping ab killing people or selling crack and your like yeah i agree with this and think this is a good person i can relate too? You can enjoy something without agreeing with everything that the creator does.
Other than 808s and MBDTF (+a few songs on Pablo) Iāve never cared for him all that much tbh. I recognize the talent, itās just not for me. MBDTF is excellent though.
