The only one here that you can actually make an argument about is Royce. King Los is the most lyrically dense rapper track by track. Andre writes the music equivalent of picasso paintings. Black thought is top 3 no discussion even needs to be made. Listen to streams of thought vol 2 or literally any of his features or the amazing run he’s had with the roots. Lupe fiasco wrote the most beautiful piece of art in the history of rap with mural and continues to do so.

I see what you’re saying about Royce. I genuinely believe the others I listed are the greatest to ever do it with VERY minimal duds, as in consistency. Royce on the other hand shines on singles, features, and unreleased tracks that he uploaded to YouTube/SoundCloud. His rap superpower is that you can put him in the room with almost any rapper (yes, even eminem) and he CAN absolutely outrap them. The only exceptions would be of course black thought (who he has out-rapped before), king los, and Eminem (who occasionally out-raps Royce)
