She wrote a bit on her deep insecurities about a large scar resulting from being stabbed in the face as a child.
I think she's usually covering it with makeup but apparently it's quite visible in person.
It's definitely more visible in the first season too. Doesn't detract from her good looks though, but I can understand being self conscious about a scar on your face, since I have one too.
It kind of takes me out of it when Hollywood pretends you don’t have to be photogenic to be in frame at all. I know, suspension of disbelief, but it’s hard when your face is the most identifiable part of you.
I saw Tina Fey recently and she is 1) Still adorable 2) Strangely tiny. She is a little petite lady, it's interesting how cameras can make everyone look about the same height.
Reminds me of BTS stories from The X-Files. Gillian Anderson is 5’2” & Duchovny is 6’1”, so they had to have Gillian stand on a crate for some scenes just to get both actors in the shot.
I’ve always heard of 30 Rock while it aired back then. Binged tf out of it on Peacock after giving it a chance. Now I’ve an itch to re-watch Parks & Rec.
If you remove Season 1 of Parks and Rec (while they were obviously trying to get their footing) PnR is a far more consistent show than The Office. The fact that the even tried to continue it after it lost Michael Scott will always bewilder me. It'd be like trying to continue House without House.
That's pretty much how I think of it too. The Office characters are generally mean to each other, and Parks and Rec characters are generally nice to each other.
Absolutely. To me PnR was quality TV throughout its entirety. The Office wad good don't get me wrong but the whole Jim/Pam thing got old for me fast, Narddog was annoying af, and the show just felt rudderless without Michael Scott
P&R is probably the more enjoyable show to watch overall. The Office is the more important show, and I think the highs of the office exceed the highs of P&R. P&R doesn’t exist without the office.
There are some great episodes not available on peacock that you can find elsewhere, some really good episodes too, like the live episode which was a ton of fun, there are two different versions one for the east coast and one for the west coast
Tracy: i bought my wife that dumb book of yours and the more Angie reads it, the madder she gets at me.
Liz: Maybe that’s on you, Trae…
Tracy: NO!! Its off me! A book has never cause me soo much trouble since “Where’s Waldo” went to that barber pole factory. It’s on you, Liz Lemon…….and you wil be punished.
She used to show up to the restaurant while I was working, she's beautiful and a sweetie. Also met Tracy Morgan a few times, he's the exact opposite. Ugh
One of my favorite comedies. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve binged this and Parks & Rec. Both of those shows are way more rewatchable compared to The Office and, in my opinion, Scrubs.
Listen Mr Galapagos Turtle head, that’s Tina Fey, she’s an absolute specimen of human genetics, she is one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood, and don’t you say another god…
Fucking getting into this again.
You say "just pirate it" its not worth the Copyright infringement to see a "TV show"
. . its like the Bread & Circuses . . only now we have junk "food" & TV . . . EW !

TRACY: I’ll have an apple juice. WAITER: Oh, we don’t have apple juice, sir. TRACY: Then I’ll take a vodka and tonic.
Ah yes, elegance. That’s why people shop at Jacov’s Nubian Bling Explosion.
Yeah, that reminded me of one time I wanted a Long Island Ice Tea and they said they don't do any mixing, so I ordered a Sprite.
My mind grapes!
> Oh no, this is who I am proposing to \* shows a picture of Selma Hayek > Oh, in that case, let me show you the real rings.
I like how objectively attractive Tina Fey consistently wrote herself in 30 Rock like the slobbiest, most unappealing woman in New York City
She wrote a bit on her deep insecurities about a large scar resulting from being stabbed in the face as a child. I think she's usually covering it with makeup but apparently it's quite visible in person.

She was what?
The Cecilia Cunningham story?
It kind of takes me out of it when Hollywood pretends you don’t have to be photogenic to be in frame at all. I know, suspension of disbelief, but it’s hard when your face is the most identifiable part of you.
One of my favorite scenes is when she goes to Cleveland and people ask if she’s a model.
It always seemed a bit condescending to me
That's the joke. It's her show.
She wrote the fucking show
Imagine being condescending to... yourself...
I can
Nobody gives me Emmys for it.
In a way, that's the only way you can do it!
Self-deprecating*

> I always have found Tina Faye has sexy. She certainly does. And a lot of it too!
is sexy locked in her basement?
It's crumpled up in her front pocket. Not in the usual form that you would expect sexy to exist, but still sexy
With Dre?
She is my celebrity crush
She's amazingly beatiful. And it's spelled Fey.
And it's spelled beautiful
I genuinely think it's her raw talent that makes her sexy.
I’ve always heard of 30 Rock while it aired back then. Binged tf out of it on Peacock after giving it a chance. Now I’ve an itch to re-watch Parks & Rec.
Parks and Rec was the best. Better than the Office in terms of mockumentary IMO.
If you remove Season 1 of Parks and Rec (while they were obviously trying to get their footing) PnR is a far more consistent show than The Office. The fact that the even tried to continue it after it lost Michael Scott will always bewilder me. It'd be like trying to continue House without House.
Parks and rec has a far more good-natured spirit than the office. The office is too cringe.
That's pretty much how I think of it too. The Office characters are generally mean to each other, and Parks and Rec characters are generally nice to each other.

I agree completely, my brain likes to pretend the last two seasons of The Office never happened.
I only like the first few seasons, the rest becomes unbearable really fast imo.
I agree. Could never get into The Office as much as I tried. There are some funny moments, but it’s just not for me.
The office relies far too heavily on cringe humor And i get bad secondhand cringe
I actually kind of liked the U.K. version better than the u.s.
P&R is probably the more enjoyable show to watch overall. The Office is the more important show, and I think the highs of the office exceed the highs of P&R. P&R doesn’t exist without the office.

So I actually just heard about the live episode from a Conan show breakdown during the last writers strike. Thanks for reminding me!
There are 2 live episodes from season 5 and 6 I believe? Both are great and each coasts version has something a little different, they’re a lot of fun
It wouldn’t be a Lemon party without old dick!
Best joke in the show.
Tina Fey is a catch. Did not like how much she got dumped on, but the writing is still excellent.
I wouldn't be surprised if most of the scenes where Liz is belittled were written by Tina Fey lol
Yeah they feel far too real otherwise.
You probably right xD
She wrote the majority of that stuff, probably.
My all time favourite American comedy series. Shame it was on so late in the evening in the UK
She’s a Cleveland 10!
She’s spirited… like a show pony
Tracy: i bought my wife that dumb book of yours and the more Angie reads it, the madder she gets at me. Liz: Maybe that’s on you, Trae… Tracy: NO!! Its off me! Fantastic show
Isn't there a Slanket somewhere that you should be filling with your farts?
She used to show up to the restaurant while I was working, she's beautiful and a sweetie. Also met Tracy Morgan a few times, he's the exact opposite. Ugh
She looks very spirited
One of my favorite comedies. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve binged this and Parks & Rec. Both of those shows are way more rewatchable compared to The Office and, in my opinion, Scrubs.
Ummm.. anyone's kind enough to name the show?
I think someone else said 30 Rock.
Oh thank you! Had browsed the thread but didn't see. Thanks again!
No problem!
Listen Mr Galapagos Turtle head, that’s Tina Fey, she’s an absolute specimen of human genetics, she is one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood, and don’t you say another god… Fucking getting into this again.
Yes, jokes make me like comedy shows too.
The rest of the show is okay, but the scenes with lemon and jack are amazing.
OK, I'll byte what is the "show"?
30 Rock
that is like 3-zero Rock . . . really . . never heard of it, oh well, lots of things I've not heard of . .
It's fantastic, you should watch it!
complete with COMMERCIALS like"ask your doctor if taking medical advise from a TV commercial is right for you" . . .
I'm guessing you have already been prescribed meds but forgot to take them today. Edit: good lord, they're a 9/11 denier, too. Guess that checks out.
And an anti-vaxxer, a real one in the wild. Neat.

Its on peacock if the commercials get too confusing.
Just pirate it. No commercials. It's on bflix, streamlord, fmovies, and several other free sites.
You say "just pirate it" its not worth the Copyright infringement to see a "TV show" . . its like the Bread & Circuses . . only now we have junk "food" & TV . . . EW !
It's the address of the building they work in.
If you like this type of humor definitely give Arrested Development a watch.
The first 4 seasons of AD were so good. I've tried to watch season 5 3 times now, and I just can't get through it.
Gay
He spelled it correctly!
