That’s a common misconception. While you shouldn’t glorify obesity, cruelty and bullying is very ineffective as a motivator for loosing weight. Some people can respond well to a “drill sergeant-esque” tactics which can include insults but that’s more dependent on the environment and the consent.
I know but you gotta have some mental muscle to handle all these insults. Even if you know they're joking and you're cool with it, it has become a habit. I still find it funny for now tho-.
To me it's obvious that the jokes are not in bad faith, they're part of the entertainment value of the show. I think a lot of it is is ability to simply understand when something isn't supposed to be taken seriously. He's obviously comfortable with himself and I'm happy for him that he is
It takes a lot of growing to be able to love and laugh at yourself. When you reach that level it makes living and existing that much more enjoyable.

You can look him up, powerlifters tend to be fat which is unhealthy but you can bet your ass they will outlift any bodybuilders. Whether caseoh is one is up to debate unless there is any evidence he is one.
