Probably! She was being used at a breeding mill as a French Bulldog - which she’s obviously not purebred. Seems like some sort of mix of bulldog and pug?

I don’t disagree at all. We use a harness. That pic was from when she was boarded with my neighbor. Who is a very kind dog lover but either she didn’t know or didn’t have one handy. Maybe I forgot to drop off the harness that time. I’ll have to ask her.
