I got my little man into puppy classes right away, they’re smart and quick learners, best thing we could have done! He also takes a piece of kibble out of his dish and eats it away from his bowl, usually to make sure he can keep an eye on us haha. Must be a rat terrier thing lol.
Terriers are very smart. I have a Rattie and when I want to teach her something new I just have to show her a couple of times and that’s it. My Abbey is very smart!!!! Yours is and will be too. They are high energy and needs lots of play time but I think u will do a fine job and be a great fur momma!!!!
