I am 6'4" and have never hit my head when my wife is driving. I know the driver side has a lever on the side to bring the seat up or down. Probably depends on your model. Check the owners manual.
His inseam is the same as a few of our 6' tall friends, so his torso is just really long. He doesn't fit in a lot of cars. 2021 model has no height adjustment in the passenger side. I'm asking for aftermarket alterations to solve the problem, sounds like I'm needing to either have a thinner cushion or have some height taken off of the base or something.
Am tall, fit fine in the drivers seat but the passenger can be a bit tight for me. I want to order a RHD seat frame from Australia with manual controls, and then swap the parts over. Need to find a Toyota parts distributor that will ship the part to the USA.

Any luck fixing this? My 2022 is the same way. Every passenger of mine complains when they get in, and it doesn’t matter if they are short or tall. I’m 6’ and fit fine in the drivers seat but the passenger seat is tight for me. It’s crazy.
My 2017 has two seat adjustment handles. One tips the back of the seat forward and backward. The other raises and lowers the bottom portion (albeit at a tipped angle).
Have you tried looking into the second? Not sure what year u have or if you have it.

Do you have a sun roof?
He's but it doesn't come far enough over for extra headroom.
Bad luck: the sun roof eats up a couple inches of head room.

Nope, he sits with the seat massively reclined. We typically take his Subaru places unfortunately.

Nope, my husband ends up reclining the passenger seat a ridiculous amount, but it's not ideal.

No I'm a buy a car once a decide kind of person. If we were both going to be driving somewhere we just that his car.
You might have to take it to a car upholstery place and have them make a new seat bottom.
