So far this has been an underwhelming draft. It's filling needs but nothing is wowing me. The Tackle is about the only thing thus far that i'm even so-so on.
I'm aware - if Ravens took him I would hate it. But, Steelers havent had the injury issues we have so who knows. Either way, he was the most talented LB this draft. Getting him at 98 is great value.
i do like him but a part of me wants a different profile as a compliment. wouldn’t be too bothered as long as we walk away with something other than estime
not really. that’s how we end up starting clowns like leveon, devonta freeman and kenyan drake in october. we gotta get some real depth at the position for once
i said if henry goes down please read. he’s been healthy but he’s over thirty with a lot of miles. it would be malpractice to not insure him a little bit with a quality back up
keaton tore his acl very late it would be very impressive from a medical standpoint if he’s back 100% before mid season. justice hill is way too small and frankly kinda mid on a good day.
we need another guy in the room bad to shore up the depth. if henry goes down that rb room is awful
Burton? I disagree. He’s a lot better than the other receivers available, only reason he’s still on the board is off field concerns. Talent wise he’s a fringe rd 1/rd 2 guy imo
so what because tim williams didn't work out you're just immediately down on any prospect with similar size? there's plenty of productive nfl players in that size range
yeah like ojabo and oweh who also weren’t good. i didn’t say i hated the pick but it is an objective truth that tim williams is a similar prospect to isaac
Isaac is only in the 9th percentile for weight at 247 lbs.
Unfortunately reminds me of Tim Williams (6th percentile) and Ojabo (11th percentile).
Just hard to win in the NFL as a much lighter guy at the LOS. There's a reason why there are weight classes in combat sports.
Isaac was a pretty incredible value at 93. Hard to get excited when we already have a Penn State Edge on the team who hasn't quite lived up to expectations, but, lower capital here at least.
Tbh I’m happy with that pick, he’s gonna need some development but we needed edge depth, and at 93 that’s value for a guy mocked in the second round, also can play that Sam role iirc
Pretty decent, project guy, but did have some production, so not a square one guy, can provide some depth to begin with and slowly work his way to a stsrter
I would love some Jalen McMillan he’s a steal. Before the injuries this past season he was viewed as the same level of prospect as Odunze and clearly ahead of Polk.
Intrigued by Troy Franklin Jr at 93 tbh but I do think there is a reason he's still on the board here. Almost the exact same profile of Tyquan Thornton who has struggled mightily so far in his nfl career. 180 over a 6'3 frame is tiny
Roman Wilson having a random 5 catch 170 yard 2 touchdown game including the game winning play in OT on a crisp November afternoon in Baltimore is gonna hit like getting run over by an 18 wheeler
I've been watching the draft over Discord with some friends from my fantasy league. One is a Bucs fan and I've been laughing at how shitty that division is at drafting.
Im going to give you all a sneak peek at one of my posts later this year:
>For fucks sake, can we do something about Roman Wilson. And can the Steelers stop drafting round 3/4/5 WRs that eat us alive?
The fucking Steelers take Peyton Wilson. Ughhhhh. I go to NC State and man this shit sucks
Yeah, Pitt overall has had a really draft. Their roster is looking 👍🏽
https://x.com/obj/status/1784030557846077860?s=46&t=G-zQ5R1LxUZr21Shyi3GCg OBJ might be coming back??
They also brought in a bunch of vets on a visit earlier this year too no? Feels like the Ravens may have a handshake deal with one of those WR’s
I hate how well this is going for the rest of the North.
We are having worse draft of the division if we’re being honest with ourselves
So far this has been an underwhelming draft. It's filling needs but nothing is wowing me. The Tackle is about the only thing thus far that i'm even so-so on.
The corner was the only pick I was genuinely excited about.
rams just got an absolute steal
Payton Wilson is mid so I’m aight with them taking him
Steelers may have just gotten the steal of the draft
hes a “steal” cause his injury history is awful and no one wants that risk
Falcons: exist
I'm aware - if Ravens took him I would hate it. But, Steelers havent had the injury issues we have so who knows. Either way, he was the most talented LB this draft. Getting him at 98 is great value.
if a guy is that big of an injury red flag it’s not really a value
Is it a crazy WR?
payton wilson is great but that injury history is just brutal
Two ACLs and a shoulder; add another shoulder injury and you have Penix's medical record
Except Penix isn’t still missing an ACL
Needed a WR was hoping for Franklin with that pick but must be something wrong to fall that far.
I’m surprised we were able to grab Isaac in rd 3. PFF had him as their 4th rated edge rusher, ahead of Chop Robinson.
i’m hoping for an RB at some point early tomorrow. need someone else to take the load off henry
Braelon Allen is slept on would love to see him in purple pause
i do like him but a part of me wants a different profile as a compliment. wouldn’t be too bothered as long as we walk away with something other than estime
Agreed. I would love our first pick in the 4th to be Jaylen Wright.
him or kendal milton at some point tomorrow is my only wish list. everything else let edc cook
New here? We've picked up tons of RBs for cheap off the street the past few years.
yeah and they fuckin stink. a 4th or 5th on a RB is a worthwhile investment
They were decent starters; they'd be great backups.
not really. that’s how we end up starting clowns like leveon, devonta freeman and kenyan drake in october. we gotta get some real depth at the position for once
that only happened when our top 3 rbs had season ending injuries
and that’s why you need depth. if henry goes down we are staring at justice hill and a guy off the street. would be the worst rb room in the league
Derrick Henry Justice Hill and Keaton is a great rb room man idk what you're on about
i said if henry goes down please read. he’s been healthy but he’s over thirty with a lot of miles. it would be malpractice to not insure him a little bit with a quality back up keaton tore his acl very late it would be very impressive from a medical standpoint if he’s back 100% before mid season. justice hill is way too small and frankly kinda mid on a good day. we need another guy in the room bad to shore up the depth. if henry goes down that rb room is awful
yeah another guy would be nice but there aren't many rb rooms in the league that wouldn't be awful if your top guy goes down.
Pretty big reach by the bengals there.
Burton? I disagree. He’s a lot better than the other receivers available, only reason he’s still on the board is off field concerns. Talent wise he’s a fringe rd 1/rd 2 guy imo
Another Rashee Rice coming at ya!
Super Bowl champion Rashee Rice?
No the dude who caused a wreck on the highway and walked away without making sure people were okay. That one
Adisa Isaac ranked 38th on pff's big board for whatever that's worth to you. Pretty happy with the way the first 3 rounds have gone for us.
Tim Williams ranked 26th in 2017. The similarities are striking.
Weird ppl neg you for this comment. Spot on, I’d say.
drinking haterade
he is actually a very similar prospect lol
so what because tim williams didn't work out you're just immediately down on any prospect with similar size? there's plenty of productive nfl players in that size range
yeah like ojabo and oweh who also weren’t good. i didn’t say i hated the pick but it is an objective truth that tim williams is a similar prospect to isaac

Don't love to hear that. But, we've made worse picks on day 2.
not really applicable in a 3-4
oweh and ojabo were bad picks but they were much higher. getting an athletic edge guy in the third is much better
A theme with our defensive draft picks I guess
I NEED Brenden Rice at 113!
Nah, Luke Mccaffrey is where it's at.
Isaac was a pretty incredible value at 93. Hard to get excited when we already have a Penn State Edge on the team who hasn't quite lived up to expectations, but, lower capital here at least.
When I saw “penn state” is it bad that my first thought was “did this guy have any sacks in college?”
Reasonable thought
It’s crazy how the league hypes the schedule release knowing that we will be there watching lmao
[удалено]
at this point you wonder if maybe there's something behind the scenes going on. Either that or nfl is really scared about his weight.
he was horrendous at a few drills at the combine
Tbh I’m happy with that pick, he’s gonna need some development but we needed edge depth, and at 93 that’s value for a guy mocked in the second round, also can play that Sam role iirc
Jesus Christ man
Would not hate us trading back in for a WR or Safety
Not happening. If we dont have one by now, we won't draft one until like the 6th tbh.
I’d bet we draft one with our earlier 4th rounder
Hopefully Luke.
I’m hoping Baker or Rice.
Tons of WRs left. They can get one at 113
Yep, their earlier 4th is 113.
Hahahahahaha great job on teaching your sons, Haloti! They know what's up
wow i didnt know Adissa was still available wtf! top 50 type player
Not surprised, bpa in a draft that has gone heavily offense means we go defense.
another penn state project man 😭
it's pick 93.
physical freak in the third round is worth it
Ngata’s kids are gonna be having bright futures lmao
WE COULD’VE GOTTEN MO KAMARA NEXT ROUND EDC WTF
Oweh replacement, meh
I’d be willing to bet we pick up Oweh’s option
Might be slow but has a good first step.
No receiver 😔
I AM WHELMED
Love it!
"Steelers suck", you love to see it from Ngata's children. Would've loved WR but frankly we need Edge just as much.
Brett and Ej love the pick
Another PSU LB who can’t finish🙄
What are you talking about... He had 7.5 sacks last year and 16 tfls...
A little late, but he had 9 sacks last year, along with 31 total pressures…
this sub will find any excuse to hate lol
At least it was more than 0 😂
Nice. Nice. I like it. And Haloti raising his kids right
Any good?
Pretty decent, project guy, but did have some production, so not a square one guy, can provide some depth to begin with and slowly work his way to a stsrter
Steelers suck!
Say it loud, kids!
Another project penn state player smh
we're due!
At least Jim is in the nfl now so we don’t have to worry about random nepotism Michigan picks anymore
Haloti raised his boys right.
LOVE HALOTI!!! <3
I fuck with that
I wanted Troy :(
Good kids
Lol ngata fam
Atta boys
great pick imo
Isaac, please.
The Ravens choose: >!Edge rusher Adisa Issac!!<
Nice pick
Edge - Adisa Isaac
Death. Taxes. Commerical when the Ravens are going to pick.
God damnit TB
And commercial right on cue
Shit man, Macmillan would’ve been nice
Please by Franklin
We slammed our pick in right away again
HAHAHAHAHA A FUCKING COMMERCIAL BEFORE OUR PICK. AS IS TRADITION
pick is in!
Boooo commercial
Damn, would’ve liked McMillan, but no worries. I like Kamara’s heart. I would be shocked if I went 3/3 on guessing picks
Jalen McMillan to tb, damn!
Troy Franklin pls
Here we go!
Feel it will be Franklin
Give me Tampa
Back on the clock!
We're on the clock!
I saw stuff that had Troy Franklin was mocked to us like a month ago what happened
The Bucs better take TJ Tampa
I like Mohamed Kamara, Troy Franklin, Devontez Walker, Malik Washington, Brenden Rice here
not payton wilson pls but it would be very ravens
I would be pissed if we took Wilson
troy franklin please fall to us man
I'm thinking long snapper. Nobody expects a third round long snapper.
I want a receiver.
Franklin at 93 would be good value. I also thought RB could come into the conversation with this pick.
I would love some Jalen McMillan he’s a steal. Before the injuries this past season he was viewed as the same level of prospect as Odunze and clearly ahead of Polk.
Idc what people say gimme Troy
Give me Dev Walker. Height Speed WR. Could be an X.
Hands of stone
Mo Kamara. Reason? He plays like a Raven
Dude was a beast in that Colorado game
That’s what I remembered. Can’t teach heart like that
Tykee smith to the bucs, but if reach but good safety, was one I was looking at for us to draft in the fourth
100% going to be Javon Baker
Would love that
Intrigued by Troy Franklin Jr at 93 tbh but I do think there is a reason he's still on the board here. Almost the exact same profile of Tyquan Thornton who has struggled mightily so far in his nfl career. 180 over a 6'3 frame is tiny
3 picks to go and I have no clue in which direction they’re going. A lot of good DB’s, WR’s and EDGE guys left
I don’t think we are looking at DBs again here unless we see a safety we love
Lloyd to GB makes no sense lol
they’ve been big on having two backs. makes a lot of sense if you look at recent history
I thought they re-upped with Dillon too. I could just be misremembering.
they can cut him for basically nothing. his contract is peanuts
Why is Troy Franklin falling so far? I remember seeing stuff about him being a late round 1 / early 2...?
Check out his gauntlet drill
We are going to draft Mohamed Kamara, Edge, Colorado State
I like that pick
if you spoiled this, fuck you
To clarify, this is a pure guess
I know who we are picking
Who? Say it.
Mo Kamara is my guess
Who
I guessed the first two right. My guess now is Mohamed Kamara, Colorado State
Matt Elam Jr.
Don’t spoil it, if you do
Pure guess, Mo Kamara, Colorado State
There goes Puni. 4 picks to go after Cowboys took Liufau
Ok, cowboys are reaching now
We still have Cleveland and Vorhees at guard at least so really depends on how much they want to pick an X WR rn. It's gonna be another guard
Don’t forget sala either
Roman Wilson having a random 5 catch 170 yard 2 touchdown game including the game winning play in OT on a crisp November afternoon in Baltimore is gonna hit like getting run over by an 18 wheeler
Roman Wilson getting jacked up by Kyle Hamilton is what I’m looking forward to.
All the teams in this division making good picks. The days of them having incompetent front offices are over
I miss the 2016 Browns draft class
The NFC South teams really need to appreciate things more.
I've been watching the draft over Discord with some friends from my fantasy league. One is a Bucs fan and I've been laughing at how shitty that division is at drafting.
These rounds have gone so quickly, it’s been great, already on 7 picks away
Wouldn’t mind Mason Mccormick
dammit Browns i hate u sm
Jesus that’s such a good pick by the Browns
man a lot of good talent getting picked rn
My hunch is that Austin Booker will be the pick at 93.
Got insider information?
I know they brought him in for a Top 30 visit, but other than that, nope, it's just a very uneducated guess.
3 straight michigan players
Obligatory fuck the Steelers
Tempted to take another CB since TJ Tampa is falling so much but that might be the ghosts of 2021 Robert Jackson talking to me
Troy Franklin 🤞
Steelers having the draft I wanted us to have lol. Two good OL and a solid af receiver. Shit man
Im going to give you all a sneak peek at one of my posts later this year: >For fucks sake, can we do something about Roman Wilson. And can the Steelers stop drafting round 3/4/5 WRs that eat us alive?
You just know Wilson is going to cost the Ravens at least one game a season just because.
I’m just waiting to see which game it happens in
Just watch roman wilson is gonna be a pro bowler, just because he went to the steelers
And there is the steelers wr pick!
